Monday is Margarita Day!!
Actually the 22nd is Margarita Day but it’s Monday so… 
I don’t have the stuff to make a Margarita but I do have some super yummy Tequila Rose Strawberry Cream.
I’m having a shot of it over a bowl of Strawberry ice cream for dessert.
