Sunday Sights – Changi Jewel Singapore
Last night Mr. C and I decided to get out of the Princess Tower and head to Changi Jewel for some walking and dinner.
We ended up stopping for a snack and drink before the walking
That first smoothie was so yummy I ordered a second.
After some wandering around (and yes, a little bit of shopping
) we ended up at a tapas place for dinner.
It was delicious!
Here’s a cool pic of the indoor waterfall.
It was nice to get out for a bit.

Sneak-peek at Flyboy #comingsoon
I’ve spent the last few days finishing up Flyboy ready for release next month.
OMG! Flyboy lands NEXT MONTH!!
As a special treat (because I’m super generous like that
) I’m sharing the below sneak-peek.
Alyssa stretched beneath the softest sheets she’d ever felt and even though she had no clue whose bed she was in, she enjoyed the silky slide of fabric over her bare skin.
Bare skin?
Her eyes popped open.
She was naked?
Why was she naked?
Glancing around she found nothing familiar…
Where the he...

Follow me!
Who is ready for the weekend? I know I am. It’s been a busy week in the writing cave and now I’m ready to kick back and read. First I’m going to hop on over to Book+Main to see what takes my fancy. Oh, you’ve not heard of Book+Main. Well it’s a great site where authors (like me) share ‘bites’ of their work. New releases, backlist titles, coming soon titles, even exclusive content! As in nowhere else except on Book+Main. The best part?! It’s free for readers!

It’s hugging day!
That’s right. It’s National Hugging Day! (which is actually International!)
It’s also FIVE weeks until Flyboy lands!
So, seeing how it’s hugging day, give this author a virtual hug and pre-order Flyboy!
All Alyssa Drummond wanted was to be awarded permanent guardianship of the sister she never knew she had. Now she’s not only dealing with a hormonal teenager. There’s her vengeful alcoholic mother, an evil stepmother and a marriage of convenience to her best friend with benefits.
Oh, and...

Are you crafty?
And by crafty I mean do you craft something with your hands, not are you a crafty old devil.
I took up knitting two years ago after not doing it for forever and a day and I find it very relaxing which seems weird when you’re doing more than a simple knit stitch but there you go. I’m obviously weird (tell me I’m not alone!) but it’s Wednesday and I’ve always associated weirdness with Wednesday. (Ha! Yes, that was an Adams family reference! And if you don’t know who they are Google that shit!)
An...

Tuesday’s Teaser – Flyboy
I’m pulling teasers and excerpts from Flyboy today so I thought I might share one seeing how we’re just over 5 weeks from release!
This is Jack –
“One, the topic of settling down never came up, and two, I think it’s more about the person saying I do with me that’s important, not the where or how we say it.”
Want to know what he means about where and how? Head over to Book+Main HERE! to find out!

When the experiment fails
You try, try again. Right? Well, yes, but then if you keep getting the same result you stop and rethink. Find a different way to tackle the thing you’re trying to achieve.
And what am I talking about?
I tried to blog from my phone last night and let’s just say that every time I thought I had it, I didn’t.
So I’m going back to the tried and true method. And here I am!
Something else that failed yesterday was writing. There is some renovation work going on in our building (a few floors below us)...

I released this little gem into the world.
The only burn Rayann Cassano expects to feel at work is one from the hot metal she molds to her will not the one scorching through her at the sight of the still smokin’ hot Adonis she just set on fire. Literally.
Kingston Hall is looking for a master welder to put the finishing touches on his latest project. He’s not looking for a woman to set him on fire. Literally and figuratively. But that’s what he gets when he finds Ray....

Time to put it away.
Christmas.
Last night I finally put away the Christmas decorations.
I’ve been in denial about the whole of the-year-that-shall-not-be-mentioned.
So much of last year wasn’t the way is was supposed to be, or expected, or even imagined. I kid you not, I couldn’t make most of that shit up and I make shit up for a living!
Anyway, I thought I’d share some pix of our decorations.
Yes, the Grinch is popping Christmas balls into our Fijian Kava bowl on the dining table.
I just realized our star had...

It’s The Weekend!
Who’s got plans? What are the plans?
I had ALL the plans but then yesterday (Friday for me) I looked up something in my quest to get better at the ‘business’ side of being an author and got sucked down a rabbit hole!
I swear, I had a post planned for the blog yesterday too! But, you know, rabbit holes are really really consuming.
What was the rabbit hole? My newsletter. I was trying to make it a little more effortless and now I’ve got a list of all these other things I can do with it and while t...
