Relay for ( my ) Life

This past week Mr.C and I took part in Relay for Life here in Singapore. I talked a bit about it before and I posted about it here! but I want to talk about actually doing it and SMASHING MY GOAL!!

That’s right, I smashed my goal of 100km from March 5 to 13.

Getting in the groove of life once more

This last week has been about finding my groove again.

To be honest I’m probably not there yet but I am on my way.

It’s hard to know what the new groove should look and feel like really. There is still so much mental back and forth and crazy ass thoughts like ‘oh my god, what is that spot? Is it skin cancer?’ but in general I’m doing okay with the mini freak outs.

It was also the day I finish writing a book in over a year!

I figured both were worth celebrating, so I cracked a bottle of sparkly and enjoyed it out on the deck.
