Sunday Sights – Singapore Zoo

I’m throwing it back to June this year when all the kids and gbabies were here for a visit. We took the little ones to the zoo and while you’re probably thinking they’re too young to get anything out of it…..WRONG!

They were both so excited to see and get up close with these guys –

We actually had “breakfast with the orangutans”. It’s a buffet breakfast and show where the zoo keepers explain the special animal-friendly natural habitats the zoo is known for.

Singapore Zoo is one of the best in the world and if you ever find yourself visiting it’s worth the price of admission.

Let’s Talk Comfort Food

We’re talking comfort food today because I’ve just spent a week on the couch suffering from man/toddler flu and let me tell you that shit’s lethal. No wonder men and toddlers whinge and moan and carry on as though the world is ending. It bloody well is! I can’t even say I was that sick it just felt like it and I’m still dragging ass around the place. My brain is like thick soup and it feels like I haven’t slept in a month and I can attest to the fact I’ve pretty much slept my way through the month so far.
