I presently live in Belfast with my family. That's where my dad was from, and where I have family connections. Most of my life was spent in Thailand, where I was born, and where my wife is from. I've done a number of things in my life, including charity work, training and mentoring, teaching English, telemarketing (don't hit me), working with homeless children, and, of course, writing. In three of my books you'll find a character named Boz. That's me. Oh, and I also do freelance book design. Just Google "Robby Charters" to find me, or go to my website: www.RobbyCharters.co.uk.

Reading with Patrick by Michelle Kuo
"I loved this story and the writer's heart. But I did get bogged down a few times in long descriptions of things that didn't seem to be necessary to the story. I also got lost as to where the author was at particular times... the Delta, school, etc..." Read more of this review »

It calls to mind the Pevensie children’s arrival in Narnia, only, there's no wardrobe. Four adults from our world each went to bed in their own place, and woke up in a wooded area surrounding a burnt out castle - under a “different sky”.

Robby Charters Little Brother
The title is a reference to "Big Brother" as in Orwell's 1988. 17 year old Marcus runs circles around a system that has overstepped its mandate in fighting terrorism.
