The last thing I expected from my husband for our anniversary was another man.
But that’s exactly what I got.
Six feet tall, sexy as fuck and a cock that made my eyes water.
One night.
No limits.
While he watched.
I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did.
Or to see this whole other side of my husband that I never knew existed.
But now I’m hooked.
I want more.
I need more.
I crave more.

Excerpt:

“Why do you like to watch?” she asks, her voice curious. Her eyes drop
as though she’s embarrassed by her question. I smile at her innocence,
wetting my lips as I think about it.

How can I possibly put into words the pure arousal I feel watching her
be fucked by another man? There’s something so raw, so sexy about

watching another man pleasure her. I feel powerful and powerless at
the same time.

Being there in the room, it’s almost like I’m standing outside of my
own body seeing things I would never ordinarily see.

The curl of her toes when he slides his hand between her thighs.

The gentle arch of her back as his finger moves inside of her.

Hearing the soft moan escape from her lips, and seeing the stiffness
of her nipples as he rolls his tongue over them.

Knowing that I am in control even though I’m not.

How can I possibly explain that to her?

Review: The Roommate Situation by Zoe X. Rider

The Roommate Situation by Zoe X. Rider

Genre: M/M NA BDSM Romance

Blurb: College freshman Shane Hahn finds himself unexpectedly shuffled to a new dorm room--which is fine by him, but his over-involved mother takes one look at toothpick-chewing, motorcycle-riding Derek McClain, his new roommate, and gets on the phone with the school. The school requires that Shane be the one to file the room-change paperwork, but Shane's reluctant.

He's attracted to Derek's independence, even though that independence means Derek has to pay his own way through college, which he does by making leather products (you know: belts, wallets...bondage gear) and selling it online. Shane isn't even allowed to work while he's in school, much less join a band, which is what he really wants to do with his life. Unfortunately, his parents are holding his guitar hostage until he can prove he's taking his future seriously.

When he decides he needs a way to come up with cash--the kind his parents won't find out about--so he can buy a guitar his parents can't take away from him, he turns to Derek with what sounds like a win-win solution: he'll model bondage gear for Derek's online store photos, Derek will get more sales, and Shane will get a cut. The one thing he doesn't factor into his plan is the giddy stomach-flip feeling Derek McClain causes whenever he walks in the room--and what that might mean for them when Derek starts locking leather cuffs on his wrists.

Review: I've been curious about NA BDSM for a while, and this book seemed like the perfect way to get my feet wet. Wow, am I glad I went with this one!

Both main characters were very likeable and interesting. There were a few times that I caught myself scowling inwardly at Shane for being ungrateful when his parents are paying for his entire education, but I kept reminding myself that people can be abusive and still give you lots of things.

The sex and kink were very hot and enjoyable to read. I really liked the tentative, natural way Shane and Derek got into bondage and sex with one another.

I'm not a big fan of books written in the present tense, but that's really a personal thing, not anything negative about the writing. The story moves along at a nice, steady pace.

It ended at a good (and at least moderately happy) place, though it did leave me wanting more. I'll definitely be reading more by this author!

After The End Book Tour - Interview With Sara York

Welcome to my blog Sara, and congratulations on your recent release! Please let me know a little about yourself.

Other than writing do you have any hobbies?I love working out. About two years ago I started lifting weights with crossfit. It’s become a passion of mine. But I’m not as young as the other crossfitters so it’s not easy all the time. In October I’m doing my first competion at crossfit. My goal is to complete all of the workouts.

What is a typical day for you? Coffee first! After walking the dogs and eating a little breakfast I head to crossfit. Then it’s an hour of working out before eating again. Usually I start work and then eat. More coffee and work. I still have two teens at home so there’s a lot of running around and taking them places. After dinner, at least three days a week I work some more. So basically there’s a lot of coffee and work.

If you could travel through time just once and come back, at what point in time would you go? I’d love to go forward about five hundered years and see what happens.

What in your life gets you really excited?Coffee and food, and working out. I also love traveling with my family. It’s great to spend time with them, hanging out and just reconnecting.

How do you celebrate a new book release? Usually I don’t do much. We lift a glass, I might take a day off, and sometimes we go out to eat. I also like to celebrate by writing another book.
Thank you for having me.
- Sara

You're very welcome, and here's to many more releases!

After The End Excerpt #1:After he finished, both of them satisfied, William pulled him up and brushed his lips over Dean’s. The kiss was charged with sensuality and caring. At first Dean stilled, wondering what the hell had gotten into William. They’d kissed before, but not like this. Not with William’s hands caressing his neck and face, and certainly not with the passion he felt flowing from the guy. He was a booty call to William, nothing more. The kiss spoke of love and caring, not hooking up and getting off.
Surprised, Dean tried to process the sensations and stop his feelings from running over his good senses. This wasn’t real. They’d changed a little since those first few times, but he wouldn’t acknowledge the difference. Speaking about the changes would mean they’d have to confront the truth, and no matter how many times they got off together, William would never really be his.
“I’ve left you some money under my pillow,” William whispered.
Pain lanced Dean’s heart. No matter how gentle William was with his kisses, he’d never really respect him. Dean shook his head, and tried like hell to hang onto his anger. “I can’t accept your money.”
“Take it. It’s not for sex. Okay, I...hell, I know about your parents and your house. I can’t....”
Heat filled Dean, his whole body burning like never before. “What the hell have you done?”
“Get real, I’m not going to ask you to be my...mistress isn’t the right word, but I want you around, you know, living close to where I do. I can’t offer more than that right now, but dammit, we’re good together.”
Dean stepped away from William and scowled. “I’m not some whore you can buy.”
“I didn’t say that. I know you’re smart. Hell, everyone at Blackwell knows you’re the smartest guy in school. But I want you.”
He shook his head violently, the food sitting in his stomach threatened to come up. “I can’t take your money.”
“Dean, please. I want you to be able to eat this week.”
Anger flashed. “My God, you don’t get it, do you?”
“No, I sure as hell don’t. Just take the fucking money. My parents give me a thousand dollars a week and I don’t have to pay for anything. I have cash and it’s disgusting. I don’t want it all, but I want you in my life.”
Dean started pulling on his pants. As he tugged them over his thighs he realized  he’d forgotten his underwear. He almost left them in his haste to get away, but William was right. He was fucking poor. If he left the underwear here, he’d only have three pair that didn’t have holes in them.
William grabbed his shoulders as he stood from retrieving his underwear. He was pressed up against the wall and held there. Dean wouldn’t meet William’s gaze.
“Please, don’t be this way. Don’t end it like this,” William begged.
Dean stilled, his heart thudding. “You know it’s going to end soon.”
“We can work something out,” William pled. His brows bunched together and his eyes were full of desperation. The man looked adorable and heartbreakingly bad for him all at the same time. Dean would lose himself, his self-worth, and his future if he stayed.

After The End Excerpt #2:
Dean searched through the cabinets, looking for gloves and a mask, but he found nothing. He’d have to go out without any real protection and take his chances. That scared him. What if someone touched him that was sick?
The windows were covered with thick curtains that were older than dirt. When he pushed them aside, dust rained down on him. He sneezed and blew bits of dust particles off his hands before rubbing a spot clean on the window, allowing him to peer out. The streets were empty. Not that many people would be out in this weather, but he was expecting to see some people out milling around.
If he raced out of his house right now, he might avoid the rush to the store.
Or had that already happened? He let the curtains close as he thought about his options. It would be better to leave now and head out. It sounded like the longer he waited the more people would be infected.
Dean went to his room and grabbed a pair of knit gloves and a scarf he’d been given last school year when the staff realized he didn’t have winter clothes. It wasn’t the same as a mask and plastic gloves, but it would have to do. He pulled on his hoodie and made his way to the front door, pausing to take a deep breath. There was no way to prepare for going out into the world when a plague was ravaging the people, but his options were limited.
He pulled open the door when a dark gray SUV pulled up in front of his house. It looked expensive. He froze, unsure if he should go back inside or stand his ground. The driver’s door popped open and William stepped out, coming around the front of the car.
“Oh God, you scared me. What are you doing here?” Dean called out.
“Have you come in contact with anyone else?” William asked.
Dean shook his head. “Just at your party, that’s it. What about you?”
“No,” William shouted.
“What if someone at your party was sick?”
William shrugged and took a step closer. “We won’t touch.”
He glanced around, staring up at the gray sky. “Why are you here?”
“You should come with me. This is going to get crazy real quick. My parents—”
William let out a sob before he straightened, his lips curved down in a frown.
“They’re gone. It’s going to be bad. Please, come with me.”
He shook his head. “I don’t know.”
“Please. We have a fence surrounding the property. It will be safer. We can protect each other.”
Dean looked around. His parents hadn’t come home and they were probably dead. If they ended up being okay, they’d do something stupid to get him sick. He didn’t want to die.
He nodded quickly. “I need to grab some stuff. Stay with the car and keep the doors locked. I’m just going ro get a few clothes and some money.”
“I have lots of clothes,” William said, his voice higher than normal.
“You’re a little shorter than I am and you weigh more.”
“Fine, but move quickly, we don’t have much time.”
“Got it.”
Dean raced back inside his house and grabbed his school backpack, emptying the contents on this bed. If they survived and life returned to normal, he’d come back and get his books. He shoved the money William had given him to the bottom of the bag then grabbed some shirts out of his closet, shoving them in, not worrying about wrinkles. Next, he took a few pants off the hangers and pitched them in the bag. After grabbing his clothes, he went to the bathroom and packed his toothbrush, deodorant, and comb into the bag, looking around for anything else he needed.
There were so many things he could take, but he didn’t need any of them.
The horn honked outside and he heard William yelling. There wasn’t anything here for him. He ran to the front door and pulled it open, seeing two guys banging on the driver’s side window. Dean ran back into the house to his mom’s room and opened the nightstand beside her bed, searching for the handgun he knew she kept there. The horn honked more and he heard tires squeal. He hoped he wasn’t too late.
Dean grabbed the gun and ran out the door to watch William race down the street before swinging a wide U turn, running over the weed packed lawns in the process. The car faced him and slowed to a stop. The two guys who’d tried to break into the car were running toward William. Dean lifted the pistol and fired. The guys froze and looked over their shoulder. He’d never aimed a gun at anyone, and he wasn’t a good shot at a target. He didn’t think he could actually shoot at these people if they rushed him, but they didn’t know that. William revved the engine on his car and the guys turned back to him.
“Leave us alone,” Dean called out just before William stepped on the accelerator, the tires squealing. The two guys dove out of the way as William swerved close, barely missing them before driving up onto the grass in front of Dean’s house.
Dean raced around the front of the car, dropping the gun on the ground as he ran. He almost went back for it but the guys were running at them. Dean heard the locks click just before he reached the door to open it. Dean slammed the car door and hit the lock button. William took off, the SUV bouncing as they dropped off the curb.
“Fuck, that was scary,” William said.
“Are you okay?”

A Horse In Need

Hi everyone. This is a picture of me and my mare, Jehna.

I feel like an asshole for doing this, but...I'm asking for help.

Our financial situation is kind of shaky at the moment, and it would really help to have some extra money to pay for boarding my horse. I know it sounds super spoiled to have a horse when I'm not making a lot of money, but she really is part of our family. I've known her since she was a few months old, and anyone who knows us can see how deep the bond between us is.

Here's the link to our Indigogo campaign.

We're not just asking for free money! Anyone who donates will get something from us--my wife made a spectacular list of what you'll get for donating, including personalized art, funny anecdotes about Jehna, and more!

I know times are tough for everyone right now, and I understand if you can't make a donation! I would really appreciate it if you could share this for me.

Thank you, and I hope you have a really great week!

My Zombie Boyfriend - Halloween Excerpt #1

Here's My Zombie Boyfriend's third excerpt! It's October and it's a book about zombies, so of course it's Halloween themed, and there will be more throughout the month.

Halloween is Edward's favourite holiday, and he fully realizes how cliched that is.

For those of you who just tuned in: Edward is your typical medical student/necromancer. Kit is the body he found and reanimated as a zombie. (Mariel is just mentioned in this segment, but she's Edward's mentor).

Please note: this is not the finalized, fully edited version of the story. Some changes will occur between now and printing.

You can read more about My Zombie Boyfriend and find other excerpts here.

The next day, he was sitting on the couch when I got home from class. “Hi, Kit.”

“Hey, Edward.”

Moodiness didn’t seem to be in Kit’s nature. I had been sort of dreading seeing him all day, and it was a huge relief to find that he wasn’t upset anymore.

“I made focaccia bread. It’s in the kitchen if you want it. How come I can’t eat anything but those little guys you make for me?”

My actual answer was “I have no idea”, but I suspected he wouldn’t find that very comforting. He would probably just call Mariel. He had bought himself a cell phone at some point, though who, if anyone, he was calling on it I had no idea. He always had it on him, and it constantly needed charging, so he had to be using it for something.

I ran what I wanted to tell him through my head. I do this a lot. I sometimes have entire conversations with someone without saying a word out loud. In this case, it went something like, “Kit, you’re a unique, magical being. You’re full of potential and mystery. You’ll have to learn as you travel through life.” No, that wasn’t right, either. It sounded like the recruitment brochure for some sort of New Age group.
Even if it was technically true.

I had taken way too long to answer and Kit was starting to look displeased. I had to think of something convincing, quickly. Without any data to back me up. “Okay. Like Mariel and I told you, you’re sort of…unique.” I figured that I could get away with that much. “But, from what I know of other…from people like…for some reason, your body doesn’t process food properly. So, I make you special food.”

Kit nodded, looking slightly less suspicious. I’m pretty sure he was planning on calling Mariel and asking her later. “Am I scary?”

“Only to people who are afraid of preps.”

He mock-lunged at me, moaning, “Raaaaalph Laaaauren.”

I could smell him as he drew close to me, and I wanted to rub my face all over him. He smelled amazing, almost warranting his huge Body Shop bills. I wanted to touch him. I wanted to hold him again. I hadn’t since we spent our strange night together—a night that showed no sign of repeating itself any time soon. Kit wasn’t sleeping, and I had become the most popular student in the medical school with my daily containers of baked goods. I was actually starting to get sick of chocolate chip cookies. This was bizarre enough that I came up with a pseudo-Latin name for my disorder: ancrustulumcioccolata.

There was a bit of an awkward moment that I’m sure was my fault, where our faces lingered dangerously close to one another and neither of us spoke. He pulled away first.

“Want to help me put up the Halloween decorations?” It was the 31st. I usually have my decorations up much earlier, but this year I had been so distracted with Kit that Halloween had almost slipped my mind entirely.

“Sure.”

Together, we unpacked the jack-o-lantern and spider lights, the fake cobwebs, and the Kleenex ghosts. Kit had never made them before, so I insisted that he add a few to the collection.

Of course his looked much better than mine.

“You did all of them when you were little, right?” he asked, clearly trying to make me feel better.

If little was defined as “last year.” “Right.” Would I ever stop being one-upped by my zombie?

BDSMonday - Public Play

It's BDSMonday!

Today's topic is playing in public. First, let me be clear--for me, there are only two 'rules' for BDSM. Consent, obviously, is the first one. But the second is, don't freak out the vanilla people. Just like you (probably) don't want to know about strangers' sex lives, they (probably) don't want to know about yours!

That being said, there are a surprising number of ways to play in public or outside your home.

Some easy ones include:

- wearing a buttplug, though I wouldn't recommend doing this for more than a few hours at a time. Not only will your butt probably get sore, it's probably not good to have something in there for too long!

- if you are a penis-having person and you're into CBT or chastity play, there are many, MANY discreet objects you can wear out and about. Again, I wouldn't leave those on for an extended period, at least without learning your body's limits first

- having bondage underneath your clothes

- if I've played recently, I love feeling the bruises and other marks throughout the day, either by touching them on purpose or just finding them stimulated as I go about my business

Then there are sneakier ways that you can do right under unsuspecting noses and they probably won't notice.  I don't consider myself an exhibitionist, but I do enjoy carrying my BDSM relationship across as many aspects of my life as I can, and there is a special thrill at performing a kinky task that no one would ever guess was happening.

I really like it when my Sir orders for me at restaurants, especially if we haven't discussed it ahead of time. I usually get her drinks when we're at family members' houses, or refill her drink if we're at a restaurant and there's a pitcher or teapot at our table.

Some of them are more situational--we painted the exterior of our house this summer. One of the spots could only be reached by standing on the roof. I wanted to be tied off at least a little, so we got to do outdoor, fully public bondage! :D

Or, while we were raking, I was bent over the bag of leaves to squish the air out of it (does anyone else do this?) with my ass in the air, and she gave me a little swat with the rake. I don't think anyone walking past would have looked twice, but we had a 'tee hee' moment.

I would love to hear your ideas, experiences and fantasies when it comes to playing in public!

Amber...Teaser?

Does it still count as a teaser if I make it months after the story was published?
Anyway, I made this teaser for Amber. (I realize that it looks terrible because of the sidebar of my blog, and I'm sorry!)
This section is one of my favourite interactions between Teague (sentence one and three) and Anthony. Even after dealing with an abusive ex and the madness of being a popular musician, Teague is still the poster boy for Glass Half Full.
Anthony, on the other hand, is The Glass Is Empty And Broken And It Just Cut My Hand And I'm Bleeding And I Can't Tell What Colour My Blood is.
Neither of them can fully understand the other's perspective. They have a connection, but it's not their outlook on life--at least not at this point in the story.
