Personal Growth Bible Study

Personal Growth Bible Study (1)Do you ever feel like you want to grow as a Christian, but you don’t see it happening?

18 Weight Loss: A Renewing of the Mind Project

How to Renew Your Mind for Weight LossAn interview with Karina, who is doing a renewing of the mind project on weight loss.

I’ve always been intrigued by the idea of coaching, so at the end of our online class for The Renewing of the Mind Project last month, I asked if anyone wouldbe interested in a free coaching call and also be willing to tape the call for a possible podcast.

How to Walk in the Spirit: 5 Practical Steps You Can Take

How to Walk in the Spirit 5 Practical Steps You Can TakeIn a previous postI compared walking in the Spirit to going on a long hike with a hiking partner who is about a million timesmorecompetentthan you are.

When I wrote that post, I had just come back from a backpacking trip to the Grand Canyon with my family so this experience was fresh in my mind.

17 How to Thrive in Your Less-Than-Perfect Marriage

How to Thrive in Your Less Than Perfect MarriageMy husband and I have a less-than-perfect marriage.
