Tick tock. It’s #TickTockDay. Time to get any unfinished business done that needs to get done before the year ends in just a couple of days. 

Many authors know how to come up with ideas for multiple books, but they aren’t willing or prepared to do the branding work that will make those books successful.

Holy Innocents Day

Today honors the first Christian martyrs, those innocent boys two years and younger who lost their lives in Herod’s attempt to kill the infant, Jesus. The killing of babies still goes on today, and I pray that it will end sooner rather than later.

Visit a Zoo Day

One of the items on my bucket list is to visit all the zoos in the U.S., perhaps the world. I’ve already visited zoos in San Francisco, San Diego, D.C., Cincinnati, Louisville, Minneapolis, but that leaves quite a few more to go. What’s on your bucket list?

What’s so great about Christmas? Well, everything! It celebrates the day that God entered the world so that He could not only be one of us, but He could save us, as well. It’s also a day that we can share the love of family and friends, eat good food, give, and receive gifts, enjoy beautiful decorations, listen to joyous music, the list goes on and on. What are you looking forward to the most?

Eggnog Day

Can you believe tomorrow is Christmas? Wow, time flies! Well, that makes today, Eggnog Day! Woo hoo! (It’s actually an official observance!) So, what’s your favorite winter beverage?

There is something about this holiday that makes me feel like a little kid. However, instead of anxiously awaiting my own gifts, now I can't wait to see how folks like the gifts I gave them!

Fun Fact

I love to wrap gifts! In fact, when I was a kid, I used to even help by wrapping my own gifts – of course, they were already boxed, so I didn’t know what they were. I even got training and know-how to wrap with an “invisible” seam. What cool fact can you share about yourself?
