Ellen McKinney

Ellen McKinney was born in Peterborough, England near the North Sea. She lived throughout the United States finally settling in Texas. Spending a summer in Brazil as a teen instilled a lifelong desire for travel and cultural experiences. She began writing mysteries in 1989 weaving her experiences into her novels. Works: Best Kept Secret, A Rose for Liliana, Best of Intentions, Santa Fe Son and soon to be released Private Honor.
Santa Fe Son :
Past memories can be wonderful, but sometimes sad for Corinne her world was rocked by the seemingly senseless tragic murder of a close and lifelong friend.
The murder drastically altered the trajectory of her life as a gifted medical professional. Overwhelmed by the loss she was determined to make it her mission to help bring to justice those responsible for her best friend's death.

As fate would have it, the Sheriff's Deputy first on the scene, was an acquaintance of Corinne's. The crime scene at the victim's apartment was suspiciously clean with no evidence of a break in. With the crime scene wiped clean of any fingerprints, the best hope of solving this crime now rest on the meager forensic evidence.

The Deputy and Corinne join forces to solve this shocking crime. However, the entire focus of the case changed when the deputy's partner revealed a secret about the victim. His revelation led to a major complication in the case.

The victim seemed to reach out from the grave leading Corinne in the right direction. Or was the trauma of her close friend's death playing tricks with her imagination?

Truth, justice and vindication hung in the balance.

A Rose For Liliana:
Liliana Jacobs the city's Assistant District Attorney is gaining a reputation as a winner in the courtroom. But on a personal level all the men in her life seem to have something to prove.
When paired with rookie detective Aubrey Marcelus, she must exercise restraint as they try and solve a murder with very few clues. With little evidence in a heinous crime, will time run out and a murderer remain at large? Watch as clues unfold in the hunt for the murderer.
When Liliana meets detective Marcelus sparks fly. The relationship develops until she matches wits with Marshall Agee, a shrewd fast talking attorney. This attorney wants more from Liliana, than she is willing to give. His persistence pays off when Liliana falls for him. But even his persuasive charm can't compel her to commit.
The murder investigation intensifies when Aubrey falls ill. Maureen Bennett a nurse with a unique bedside manner provides more than medical attention. Does true love lie in this beautiful young nurse or will Liliana be his thorn? Will a sadistic murderer go free?
When paired with a newly made detective Aubrey Marcelus, she has to keep a civil tongue as they try and solve a murder with very few clues, the evidence nil as who committed such a heinous crime. Will time run out and a murder be unsolved? Watch as clues unfold and these two try and catch the murderer.

When Liliana meets this obsequious detective sparks fly. Love slowly developing until she's matched wits with a fast talking, shrewd attorney, Marshall Agee. Who wants more from Liliana, than she is willing to give his persistence pays off when Liliana falls head over heals for him. But even his persuasive charm can't keep her in a commitment.

Best of Intentions:

Guy Hewitt is a decorated undercover police officer, who after suffering the tragic death of his partner, is convicted of his partner's murder.
Guy is innocent of this crime. However, his well intentioned but inexperienced attorney Gwen Aidem, loses his case and fails on appeal, sending Guy to prison.
Convinced Guy was set up, Gwen pursues the case to clear Guy's name. Liliana Jacobs, a mercurial attorney and past acquaintance of Gwen, sees this as a bold career move and suddenly takes the case from under Gwen's nose. A sexual attraction develops between Guy and Liliana making it difficult to keep their relationship on a business level.
Mystery and secrecy surround the investigation that led to Guy's conviction and prison sentence. A conspiracy between the Mayor's office and the Police Department is discovered which uncovers a link between Guy's murdered partner and numerous other murders.
Misfortune occurs along life's journey even with the best of intentions… will true justice prevail and set an innocent man free?

Not once in her life did farm girl Renee Crocker, imagine she would encounter a world found only in the minds of myth-seeking men. Although the things they sought were not always unheard of in the 1930's in other parts of the world, life was just too harsh in the small Texas community, to pay mind to anything other than raising a healthy crop to ensure the survival of one's family. But late one evening during supper, a stranger comes knocking on the door of the Crocker family farm house and is invited inside.

It doesn't take long for Renee to discover a great number of things that people in her neck of the woods couldn't even contemplate. The dark of night takes on a whole new meaning, and the once vulnerable young country woman finds herself struggling to survive in a world that demands she live forever in darkness.

Christie Silvers

Christie Silvers was born on January 17, 1977 and is the oldest of three children.
She was a child obsessed with books. You never caught her without a book in her hands. Christie excelled as a student, with multiple awards for high academics throughout her school years.

Christie has always loved books and the written language. She devours every book that crosses her path and begs for more. However, it wasn't until the age of 29 that she discovered her love of writing. She started out with web content articles before making her way on to a short, humorous parenting book (Toddler Logic: 50 Things That Your Toddler Wants You to Know
).

After that, she decided to jump into a genre that she has always been in love with: the paranormal! That's when A Midnight Infatuation was born. It was soon followed by A Birth at Dawn and A Twilight Abduction
--all in the Alex & Fiona series.

Christie has numerous projects in the works and has declared that she has enough book ideas to last her for several years to come. It appears that there will be many more paranormal novels in her future. Here's hoping that imagination never wanes.

Christie is very personable and has been more than happy to do any interview that has been requested of her. She loves her fans and thoroughly enjoys speaking with them whenever she gets the chance. She also enjoys writing her personal blog and socializing on Facebook.

You can find Christie's books at places like Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Books-a-Million, her own website (you can get autographed copies!), and at many other bookstores all around the world.

Christie resides in north Georgia with her husband, their three daughters, three dogs, four chickens and numerous outside cats. No, it's not a farm, but it feels like a funny farm from time to time. She likes to spend her spare time wondering when she'll actually have spare time to spare.

Her Liz Baker series:

Liz Baker, a 32 year old small town bar owner, thought it would be a normal evening of sex in a cemetery with her longtime beau, until she spotted someone in the distance, and all normality in her world ceased to exist.
After several murders in her small town of Tremmel Crossing, Georgia, Liz comes to the realization that the murderer is coming after her, and he's more dangerous than any human could possibly be.
With the help of her dead mother, bar bouncer, and cemetery lover, Liz learns that the murdering vampire was sent by her biological father to claim her as his own. Only then does she discover her real parentage and underlying special powers.
However, the vampire sent to claim her has powers of his own, most importantly the power to control her mind, emotions and desires. She wants him, needs him, her entire body aches for him, but she soon finds out that she must fight back to save the lives of her friends and loved ones. Only death will release her from Marcus's powerful hold, but who will die first?
I thought life would get back to normal after I offed Marcus. I wanted adventure, but not the kind that could kill me with the glimmer of an idea. Yeah, he was a god in bed, but what fun would that have been if I never felt my own feelings and thoughts again?
Now I'm surrounded by more monsters. I somehow knew there couldn't be just vampires in the world, but a girl can hope can't she? Oh well, that's not how it works in the real world.
Adele's estate is gorgeous, much bigger than I'm accustomed to, and it turns out to be an excellent headquarters once Cole McIntosh--Wendigo Extraordinaire--shows up and demands my services. Hell, I don't even know how to use the powers I supposedly have and this bastard wants me to reverse a gypsy curse. It's not my problem he's a dumb ass and got himself split in two. I happen to like his better half anyway. He makes a great sandwich.
Now Rick's pissed at me, Chad's looking as smoking hot as ever, and I have a handful of staff, friends, and my new high-class lawyer helping out...but will I be ready when Cole comes knocking at the front gate?

Saddled with the knowledge that she's not only a half-vampire, but also expected to be some kind of supernatural warrior to battle evil, Liz Baker--34 year old small town bar owner--would rather life went back to normal, choosing to ignore her destiny instead.

She survived murdering a vampire lover, being possessed by a spirit of her ancestor in order to destroy a wendigo, and even finding out that her ghostly mother is in love with the attorney in charge of her newly acquired fortune. But will she survive finding out that she has eleven half-vampire brothers and sisters?

Even with Chad at her back, and an ex-military werewolf pilot giving them defensive pointers, Liz simply wants to go back to normal. What ever normal is now. How will she ever find normal again though, what with a demon haunting her waking hours and a vampire trying to pull her into his paranormal army of offspring?

My personal review...in part...of this series:

Killer Intentions, is bookthree in the Liz Baker series and it was over the top, outstanding. ChristieSilvers has done it again, only this time she has added a new character thathas brought on a new thrill to this reader. From book one I found a fondnesswith the bouncer known as Chad, better known to me as 'The Chad'. While in bookone, Liz was in a not romantic "love affair" with Rick, I had my eye on thishottie named Chad. Rick and Liz had been friends for years and he was there forher when she found out certain things that put her world on a spin that had herliving on the edge of disbelief. She had lost a very important part of herlife. Her mother had passed some years before that. She was being sought out bya very handsome vampire, who had more than one agenda by getting her rightwhere he wanted her. And the whole time all that Liz wanted was to live anormal life, running her bar and being as happy as life would allow.
By book two she knew her lifewould never be what she thought it would be. She now knew the man who walkedthe nights was not who he said he was and had to take measure that took whatlittle life he had, finding out an even darker secret about who she really was.Another secret that she found out her deceased mother had kept from her. Amother who now was showing up from the other side when Liz called out to her,or so she thought that was why she was popping in at the time. And it was nowChad that had step forward, making his feeling known. Liz met a whole new crewof people when her dear friend died, leaving everything they owned to her. Sheno longer had to worry about the financial side of things in life, but with theinheritance also came along the beings that knew what Liz held deep inside, andthose beings wanted more than she was willing to share.
Now that several had beenlaid to rest at the hands of Liz and her new powers…the powers that came tolife when she was exposed to certain things in the estate she had inherited.Which I would say more, but that would mean me giving too much away and that Ijust cannot do. ;)  Liz finds out thatshe has just hit the tip of the iceberg to what is yet to come where her poweris concerned, and the one who has been after her from the very beginning hascome to handle things himself….bringing with him a group that Liz will findherself battles her own thoughts and will to take even one of their lives.
Book three left me wantingmore so bad that it's hard waiting for that fourth book to come out! I know whois after Liz and I know who the group is that Liz finds it to be almostunbelievable to even think about and even harder to think that she may have tokill them to save herself. I love that she and Chad are madly in love and wishI could tell you where they stand in their relationship….but that you will haveto find out by reading this series yourself. Not even you will believe theculprit behind Liz's misery…or why he wants her so badly!  What I can tell you is that the Liz Bakerseries is the best series that I have read in a very long time and it hasturned me into Christie Silvers Number One Fan!!!
Christie Silvers has written so much more than just the Liz Baker series and is continuing  to create worlds from spicy romance and paranormal suspense but she is also becoming a well known International Author with the books she has perviously publsihed in the USA.

I have interviewed her multiple times and had the pleasure of getting to know Ms. Silvers several years ago when I first stepped into the world of being a novelist. She gave me the advice that I needed to push forward and I will forever be grateful. I have also been her Beta reader and copy editor since the Liz Baker series came to life and hope I remain so for as long as Ms. Silvers continues to write. It has truly been an honor.

Edward McKeown

About Edward:

I've enjoyed a life-long love affair with science fiction. I write believable people in extraordinary situations, balancing romance, humor, adventure and reasonable extrapolations of science in stories that I believe people will want to return to. Whether it's in the short stories of my "Lair of the Lesbian Love Goddess series" or in the Fenaday and Rainhell novels, classic "Planet" tales of a crews of unlikely companions facing unknown dangers, my intent is to give the reader the sort of page turning, involving adventure that Andre Norton wrote and leaven it with the emotional complexity and ambiguity that CJ Cherryh brings to the field.

While the experiences of the SF Universe are out of reach of those unable to pay for a rocket ride, I use my own background to try for an underlying verity in my characters. I've parachuted, flown in gliders, hang gliders and strapped to the floor of military helicopters. I've been rated as an expert shot and carry a black belt in the martial arts. I've been paralyzed by fear, exhilarated by love and walked into fights, both literal and metaphorical, that I knew I could not win. I have the great good fortune to be married to the talented artist Schelly Keefer http://www.redskygallery.com/

Was Once A Hero: Brand New Release with Hellfire Publishing!

Blurb:
Reluctant privateer Robert Fenaday searches the stars for his lost love, Lisa, a naval intelligence officer whose ship disappeared near the end of the Conchirri War . He's joined by the genetically engineered assassin, Shasti Rainhell, whose cold perfection masks her dark past. Both are blackmailed by government spymaster, Mandela, into a suicidal mission to the doomed planet Enshar. Leading a team of scientists and soldiers, they must unravel the mystery of that planet's death before an ancient force reaches out to claim their lives.
***
The classic Planet Stories of S/F have suffered abandonment, without a rescuer, until now. Edward McKeown's "Was Once A Hero" combines adventure and romance with the dark humor and human complexities absent from a more black-and-white age. Robert Fenaday and Shasti Rainhell are real people. They make mistakes, they hurt, they stumble in the dark emotionally, and they save the world. They are flawed, wounded heroes, and they make you realize, as you hungrily turn each page, that the best fiction contains excitement and passion; and the best aspect of life is the possibility of personal redemption. Was Once a Hero provides both." Tim McLoughlin, author of "Heart of the Old Country" (Movie Title: The Narrows) and Editor of "Brooklyn Noir"

Excerpt:
"There's Gigor," Fenaday said. The sun cleared the horizon and its rays lit the tops of trees and buildings, leaving the field still cloaked in purple shadow. He heard Shasti's seat creak as she leaned forward to look beyond the backrest of his seat. Fenaday put the Wildcat in a slow circle at a height of four hundred meters. Shasti and he looked out at the devastated base. Gigor base extended for tens of kilometers. The beige and yellow Enshari buildings in the distance had the squat and unlovely utilitarian look favored by governments. Beyond them, toward the city proper lay the domes and half-domes preferred by the Enshari. Shattered glass in those buildings splintered and threw back the sunlight.
"Looks worse than it did from orbit," she said.
"Yeah," Fenaday said. "No question that the base was attacked. By what I can't imagine, the pattern of destruction doesn't resemble that from an airburst nuclear weapon. Nothing else I know of—not even a mass driver—creates destruction like this."
"Only a few military spaceships were based at Gigor," Shasti said. "Most Navy traffic used the port at the capital city of Barjan."
Fenaday pointed. "There's the Navy area. It's completely destroyed." They had seen all this from orbit, but it lacked the effect of viewing it with their own eyes.
"Notice something?" asked Shasti.
"Yeah," Fenaday replied. "Those shuttles on the apron look like they were cut down by a laser fired from ground level. See that neat slice on the metal of that green and white hospital shuttle? It's cut almost in half. Whatever it was started striking the ground at a low angle, bubbling the apron."
"Energy weapons don't work that way," Shasti said. "Why use massive quantities of power to cut metal when a kinetic weapon does it cheaper and faster? Lasers are for burning flesh, starting fires and damaging sensitive instruments—-"
"These are a few of your favorite things," Fenaday murmured.
Shasti ignored the comment, "Well, this isn't Conchirri work. If they had energy weapons like this, we would all be dinner."
Fenaday brought the Wildcat to a hover near the edge of the apron close to the barracks. The sun had risen enough to light the field. A brilliant, dark-blue ground cover, reminiscent of pansies, dotted some of the nearby tarmac.
"Let's get this over with," he said tightly. "Are you ready, Shasti?"
"Locked and loaded," she said, putting her tri-auto in her lap.
"Telisan, this is Fenaday. I'm going in. Keep circling. If anything happens, run for it. That is an order."

Just a few of the other wonderful books and anthologies written by Edward:

I cannot tell you how much I became a Fan of Mr. McKeown's after reading just one of his books. I have always had this little list where my all time favorite's set in different genres. And they run from the best, Alfred Hitchcock, to the outstanding Stephen King...and then there was S.D Perry....right up until I read Edward Mckeown. He leap above Perry and now in third on my list of all time favorite male authors and all-time BEST in the SyFy genre!

Blog of DeAnna Felthauser Romance Author

About DeAnna:
I am venturing into the world of self publishing starting with my first romance novel in March, "A Million Wishes" which is the first of four books planned for my "Wishes" series. The series I'm currently working on is romance but eventually I want to branch out into other genre's like paranormal. I love all things that go bump in the night especially vampires and werewolves. I have enjoyed writing since I was very young, starting out by writing poetry and songs. When I was just a child, my sister and I would take turns each night making up stories to tell each other before going to sleep. I take after my Dad when it comes to an active imagination, he used to spin some tall tales, so good in fact, you never knew if he was being truthful or just making it up! Trust me, I used to fall for his stories all the time. I grew up thinking I was Wapatootie Indian. Yeah, I believed it even though it's not even an indian tribe, he was just THAT good at make believe! LOL!
I am the baby of 5 kids in my family and a little something unique about me is I was born on Friday the 13th! We grew up on a farm in Newalla Oklahoma until I was 13 years old and we moved to Kansas City Missouri. At the age of 21 I met my amazing husband Marty at a gas station, he came out and pumped my gas even though he was the mechanic there and we've been inseperable since. We now live in Oklahoma City with our cat Spanky.

A Million Wishes blurb:
Mikayla Johnson… Growing up in an poor, abusive household after her father is killed in a car wreck, Mikayla had very few things in life that gave her joy. Her writing, the old oak tree, her big brother Callum and her childhood crush Noah. Could he help her heal from her past and give her the family she has always wanted by encouraging her to take foster care classes with him?
Noah Cane… Noah is a Navy seal war hero coming home to the Georgia peach plantation he was raised on to recover from loosing his leg in war. His heart was stolen by Mikayla the moment they met under a peach tree where she was stealing peaches off his parents property. Can she help him heal from his injuries and give him something worth fighting for?
When they receive a windfall of wealth, can they make a difference together and work on granting A Million Wishes? Join Mikayla and Noah on a whimsical journey of love, passion and the discovery of what they were truly meant to do with their lives. Sit back and enjoy their playful banter and intense loving while they show the town of Sugar Creek what it really means to have a heart of gold.....Where to find, DeAnna....She has a wonderful blog and shares something new every day of the week! http://www.goodreads.com/deannafelthauser

Keira Kroft

Keira Kroft is far from being just an amazing novelist. She doesn't set, creating world's of tantalizing tales day after day, sipping coffee and having her shoulders messaged by the strong hands of her lover. No, there is more than meets the eye to this wordsmith, even if she does seem to live in a world of mystical bliss.

Keira owns two companies that has nothing to do with the child-care and the work she does as a novelist, and she is the one who manages to keep it all on a smooth running scale...I still haven't figured out how she does all that she does. This woman goes right under my very short list of women who are known as "Super Woman" Women who not only have a family to care for, but a full time job....not to mention a company to run 'she has two', a group of people to keep happy, sites to keep flowing and blogs to fill, people to talk with and contracts seal...and then find the time to create world's so we can set back and chill!

Keira Kroft is "Super Woman" ...aka...Dawn Binkely owner of Hellfire Publishing and Co. Owner of Hellfire Comics. She is an author with Decadent Publishing and has put a story out with HP and has promised to release more.

Glow In The Dark:

Determined to beout from her mother's ruling and no-good soon-to-be ex-boyfriend, Corey Nolanexercises her independence with a place to call her own and a job that doesn'tpay well, but it takes care of the rent and she enjoys it. Her life is full andher young daughter is happy, there is no room for distractions, until she meetsa local firefighter—who stirs an immediate forbidden attraction. In need forcontrol, she tries to ignore Jake Gilroy, but circumstances bring her closer tohim when someone is hell bent on destroying her.
Dutiful playboy Jake is knownas the smoking hot fireman. First time he sets eyes on Corey, he knows he wantsher, but when threats and strange occurrences start to happen, he finds the needto protect her and give more than he's ever given any another woman.
Being together maybe morethan they bargained for, when their desire for each other becomes a matter oflife and death…

Excerpt:
Jake slid his fingers down her arm and across her wrist. Aspark lit through her. She gasped and her gaze locked with his. She made noattempt to draw away. Corey couldn't…she didn't want to."How is it?" heglanced at her scraped and bruised elbow. Coming out of the trance, she lifted her arm and showed himthe slight injury. "Oh, it's fine." "I would have been over sooner, but the other guys got you,and I didn't want you to be overwhelmed."Corey couldn't conjure up a response. What he said, and howhe said it, turned her knees to jelly. She felt like the high school girl whowas just noticed by the popular jock. She couldn't stop staring at his soft, dark brown eyes, even though a sensible voice in her head told her to just walkaway and forget him. "I'm very sorry. But I really have to go." She peekedaround his massive chest to the men beyond. "It was so nice meeting you guys,"she called over, waving. She turned to pick up her bike, then pushed it alongand hopped on. "Stop by anytime," she heard Jake yell behind her. She smiled but didn't turn around. Glancing at her watch, she'd realized she was supposed to have started her first day of work eightminutes ago. Fear made her petal faster. She hoped she hadn't lost the job already. But whatif she did? How would she pay rent? How would she feed Molly?
Bad Moon Rising Over OZ: Bad Moon Rising OverOz is a version of, The Wizard of Oz like nothing you've ever read before... It is not for thesqueamish or the weak.
Auntie Em has madea deal with the devil. She gave up her niece, Dorothy's soul in exchange for aplentiful harvest. Em was smart and worked a clause into the contract. Dorothy unaware ofher untimely demise or any satanic contract embarks on a journey through theLand of Oz, seeking the great Wizard in hopes that he will return her safely home.As she unwittingly marches through hell, she begins to notice that nothing andno one is what it seems and there is no turning back…
There is indeed abad moon rising over Oz.
EXCERPT:  The intact housefinally landed on the ground. Dorothy awoke to her vomit-covered pooch lickingher face. Toto had turned back into a dog, and she would be none the wiser.Dorothy rose from the floor, where she'd been lying in a pool of her own blood. She got up very easily due to the adrenaline pumping through her body. She wentinto the living room and ran out the front door, unable to believe hereyes.                Stopping, sherubbed the back off her head, feeling that it was fine. Then she stuck herhands out in front of her and examined them closely. "Toto, my fingers are fineand my head feels great; but that's weird, I have blood all over me."     Dorothy heard thesound of birds chirping. Lush daisies and other fragrant arrangements extended outfar as the eye could see. She heard giggling, and one by one, people emerged upfrom the flower beds. They were much shorter than Dorothy, and had petitefeatures. Although these people were small, they were definitely grown adults. There was a whole legion of them, enough to fill an entire city. Dorothythought they were so adorable. Their elf-like hats had little bells on themthat jingled when they walked.    An elegant womancame towards her. She was dressed in white and looked exactly like what Dorothyimagined an angel would look like. But she couldn't be a soldier of God, couldshe? No, I am alive. I can't be dead, can I? "Is this heaven?" Dorothy blurted.    Theangelic–looking woman and the little people couldn't contain their hystericallaughter. "No, this is definitely not heaven. But you are a hero, MissDorothy."    "A hero?"    "You saved us. Youkilled the evil Witch of the East and you have freed our people, so it's onlyright that you have her shoes," the woman dressed in white explained.    "I can't take hershoes, it wouldn't be right. How do I even know if they will fit?"    "They are magicalshoes. Look at the way the rubies shimmer in the sunlight. Those shoes are theonly thing you have to save you!" The woman said as she waved her magic wand, and the shoes lifted off. "I had actually brought them for you, but she stolethem."    The woman in whitedidn't explain, but she was referring to the most powerful witch to ever live. She practiced the darkest of magic. Even in death, she ruled by the side of thedark one. When the witch's heart was set on something or someone, she couldn'tbe stopped; and she wanted Dorothy's soul for her master.    "Those shoes don'tlook very comfortable. Don't you have another pair in the house?" a little manwith bright green hair inquired. "You have a very long journey home."    "I can go home?"Dorothy squealed.    "Yes, you can. Nowgo, change into something comfortable," he explained. What was left ofDorothy's welcoming committee were pushing the front of their hands forward, motioning her to go change her blood stained attire.    Dorothy returnedwearing a charming knee length blue and white cotton dress, including a redbonnet that matched her shoes. Even though her hat was the same color, itdidn't have the sparkle the shoes had.    A very petite, almost pretty munchkin walked up to Dorothy. "You look very nice, but why areyou in such a pretty dress and fancy shoes?"    "I wanted to looknice for my family when I get back home. Besides, my feet feel wonderful."     The little womanproceeded to try to pull the shoes off her feet, but Dorothy jumped back. "Youdon't touch those," she snapped.    "But you must go tothe city of Emeralds and ask to see the great wizard. He will help you gethome, but it's a long journey," the small woman explained.    "How do I find thisEmerald place?" Dorothy couldn't wait to get home.    "You must followthe yellow brick road." The group of small ones replied by smiling. Their hatsjingled as they disappeared back into the flowers.    Dorothy lookeddown. The road before her appeared to be bricks made of pure gold, traced withsilver grout. A little bluebird landed on her shoulder and sang a cute song.Dorothy crooked her finger at Toto, picked up her basket that housed her lunch, and they set out on their journey.    As Dorothy walkedaway, unbeknownst to her, the flowers turned to ash, and the munchkins hadturned into little demons with ugly, red faces. The road behind her was nowpaved with broken bones and crushed human skulls. The sun had turned to black.

Savannah Rayne

Who is she and why you should be checking her and her work out!!!

Savannah Rayne is an out-standing author who is hitting the scene with new works that will have you setting on the edge of wonderment! Her skill as an editor under the name of, Jen Hart is just one of her many talents...but it's that world where she lives as a novelist that will draw you in and take you on a journey that will leave you wondering if you step back into a time when books told a story so chilling that they made you rethink your daily activites.

When it Leaves: Will make you remember Fall and the days the leaves blanketed the earth...not with the joy you had as a child, playing and jumping in the pile freshly raked...No, not after reading this book! You will think something all together different. What could possibly happen when children play? Perhaps things that will leave you thinking the next time you send your little ones out when the leaves are falling from the trees. ; )  Don't believe me, just read the story. Just click the cover and it will take you right to Amazon where you can get it for your Kindle or other reader for just $2.99 right now!

Oh, Deer: Haunting, intriguing, with a mix of romantic bliss between her main characters all wrapped in this amazing and well told story that will have you looking at wild-life through the eyes of yep, the wild-life itself! Many have wondered what would happen if animals took control after all the bad that man has done....well Ms. Savannah Rayne showers her readers with a flow of an imagination of what might really happen if said animals did indeed take that step. Don't believe me, then click on the cover and it will take you to Smashword where you can download it to any reader in any form and you can find out for yourself. $1.99 and worth every cent!!!  Both of these are 5 Star reads that you will love!!!

I hear that Ms. Rayne has something else in the works to share with us and it won't be long until it too will be out for the world to see! I am a huge fan of the late, great, Alfred Hitchcock and I thought no other would ever match his skill and talent in twisting a story to the point that it would make you think on it for days after, drawing you back to re-read the tale over and over....but, I was wrong!!! Savannah Rayne is stepping into his shoes and blowing this novelist's mind! ;)
Killer deal: There will be two very lucky winners drawn from those who comment that will recieve one of her books...WOOHOO!!!

Find her at: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000962909070
