Mastering Diabetes


Back in 2005-2006, when I was involved with Dr. Doug Graham’s 80-10-10 Diet, I had heard legends of a young Type-1 diabetic named Cyrus Khambatta, who was doing amazingly well controlling his diabetes (with dramatic reductions in insulin use) while pounding down giant date smoothies.
