FREE Chapter From My New Raw Food Book

Below I’m posting an entire, unedited free chapter from my new upcoming book, tentatively called the “Raw Food Controversies” (Title in progress!)

This book tells my story of how I got into raw foods, vegetarianism, and health back in 1996, how I got extremely sick eating the wrong kind of raw diet, all the lies that are being told in the raw food movement, and the lessons I have learned along the way.
