My All-Carb Diet

Two weeks ago, I talked about Dr. Esselstyn’s diet for preventing and reversing heart disease.

Fruit is a natural food that’s often vilified the most by many trends of natural health and raw food movements.

Watch out for Ethnic Restaurants

In a presentation by Dr. Michael Klaper MD, restaurants were compared to being “ethnic-flavored oil, sugar and salt.”

He said jokingly:

“What do I feel like having tonight?

Many bloggers known for their contrarian arguments on everything related to nutrition, which they brandish without a shred of evidence, are now claiming that eating a low-salt diet is unhealthy and leads to “increased mortality.”

They also claim that it’s not the quantity of salt that matters, but the quality.
