Working on some new Mercy
For the patient people who have been asking, yes, I'm working on the next instalment in Mercy's story and I'm hoping to have something to my publisher in a couple of months.

Wraith was written for, and is dedicated to, all the readers who have contacted me over the years with questions, comments and enthusiasm who have simply wanted to know "Well, what happens next?"
Ask your local library or bookshop to get a copy in for you if you feel you need to hold its chunky goodness in your hands. And I'm giving away two signed copies of Wraith on Goodreads this month: leave a comment below or DM me an answer to the following question: "What does Mercy or her story mean to me?" and I'll pick the two answers that tickle me the most by the end of May. An angel at my shoulder
Mercy is always a winged presence at my shoulder, a breath of fire, asking to walk this troubled world again.
For those who loved Wraith, I'm slowly pulling together the next adventure for you, and for me.
And I'm taking this quote from The Book of Enoch, Chapter XVII, as a starting point:
And I came to a river of fire in which the fire flows like water and discharges itself into the great sea towards the west. I saw the great rivers and came to the great river and to the great darkness, and went to the place where no flesh walks.
Who knows where the story will go? I can't wait to find out.
