Waves the Size of Houses

Written by my hubby, Adam Dirks Have you ever seen a wave as big as your house? Or a barreling wave that your car could fit in? These are waves of consequence. Waves that only a handful of people in the world even care to try and ride. These are the waves Bethany dares to ride. On January 6, 2016 Bethany and I kissed Tobias goodbye as we left him with a babysitter for the first time.

My Furry Pals

Did you know my favorite type of dog is the Chinese Shar Pei? I think they’re adorable. I have some hilarious memories with my pups. My dog Ginger used to walk on her front paws! And they do not like water, but I tried taking Hana surfing — you can see how that went! LOL Play every day!

Veggie Quinoa Dish

The Story Behind This Recipe: At my last 2018 Retreat in Del Mar, California, Chef Amber Thiel served what she called a Succotash Salad alongside Herb Roasted Chicken, Pepita crusted Salmon, a green salad, a potato salad and cornbread! It was a delicious feast and her Succotash Salad was one of the highlights. Her dish inspired me to create a variation with more of the veggies I like.

Leave the Outcomes

Play audio version http://bethanyhamilton.com/wp-content... Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations.
