Well, it's a whole week since the start of the Festival of Romance! I've had that delightfully, sparkly award for Innovation in Romantic Fiction in my sweaty mitts for a whole 7 days! Hasn't time flown by? So, last Friday night I looked like this:-

Winning and Wine-ing at Festival of Romance 2012!

Oh, what a FANTASTIC weekend I had at the Festival of Romance 2012 in Bedford! My journey started with a mammoth train trek from Wiltshire via Hampshire and up the line into Bedfordshire. However, I had a great friend and travelling companion to keep me company in the shape of author Rachel Lyndhurst! And we had a bottle of Mr Big's infamous home-made wine (moonshine!) to keep our spirits up!

Morning everyone! So, it's only 3 sleeps until this year's hotly anticipated event I have been going on about for months! Yes, this weekend romance authors from all over the globe will be descending on Bedford for the Festival of Romance 2012!
