Huge Giveaway starting 1st January
Along with over 200+ authors, I'm taking part in a Prolific Works giveaway that runs from the 1st of January to the 10th. There will be stories for everyone, contemporary, paranormal, fantasy..... I'll be sharing a link once it goes live!
My story is called Where Forever Started
Have-a-go hero Barney really should have used his patented superpower—his Very Loud Scream—and not chanced his wobbly, faux bravado. Now he’s dodging a posse of angry yobs, his head reeling from more than the missile that just hit him. Just who is this stranger sprinting at his side?
By the time it’s safe for him and Raf to emerge from their refuge, there’s a definite connection between them. And yet there’s something about Raf’s story that doesn’t quite add up. Will Barney's I-dared-to-believe dreams go up in smoke or is this New Year’s Eve the one Where Forever Started?

Not Over Yet - out today
This looks like a Christmas story, and it is one, but with a difference! Available on Amazon and KU. If you read it and like it, please leave me a review. It really helps me become more visible as an author.
On the seventh day of Christmas, my true love sent to me…
One pissed off Santa…
A whole heap of trouble…
The last thing Phin feels like doing is going to a New Year’s Eve party. After a day dealing with sick animals, all he wants is a glass of red wine, some food and his bed. But as he drives home down a steep, snow-covered hill, he skids and hits a guy dressed as Santa Claus.
Maric’s not badly hurt, but he’s pissed off. He’s pretty sure Phin’s not the one he’s supposed to find, but when Phin takes him to his cottage, and Maric sees no sign of festivities, he begins to wonder if Phin is the one who needs his help.
Much as Phin would like to get rid of Maric, the thickly falling snow makes it too dangerous for Phin to drive him anywhere. The pair are stuck together, which suits Maric just fine. Now all he needs is luck and a bit of magic.

A new look to my website
Thanks to B4JAY - my fabulous cover artist, I now have a revamped website, which I hope will be easier to browse! If you'd like to be added to my mailing list to hear about new releases, please use the contact form in the MORE section and let me know. I don't bombard with emails! I just let you know when something new is coming.
I'm currently working on Cato's story - this will be the 3rd book in the Unfinished Business series. I'm about 1/5 of the way in so it won't be out for a few months yet.
The UK is about to go into a month's lockdown. More of Schitt's Creek! We're only on series 3! I suppose in a way the lockdown makes little difference to my daily writing routine but husband won't be able to golf so I won't have those mornings of silence! LOL He does like to chat.
I love him really.

Not quite Christmas but it is for Jonty!
My new book Jonty's Christmas is out today. It's on Amazon to buy or read on KU. I hope that if you like it, you might consider leaving me a review. It so helps with visibility!

The Blurb!
Have you ever had something that you’re really looking forward to but dreading at the same time?
Jonty’s always longed for a traditional family Christmas, and his boyfriend Devan thinks it’s the perfect time for Jonty to meet his big, boisterous, Christmas-loving family. But Jonty’s sure Devan’s parents aren’t going to think he’s good enough for their son. He probably isn’t. But he is good for Devan and the arrival of an unexpected guest gives him a chance to prove it.
Jonty never backs down from a challenge. His mouth won’t let him. But his brain is telling him that if he interferes, he might wreck any hope of acceptance. On the other hand, could his reward be the best Christmas present ever?

Insecurity
I think all authors must be the same. We could get a ton of gushing reviews and it’s the one (or more) bad ones that we remember. I shouldn’t look at Goodreads, should hardly look at Amazon but I am a glutton for punishment. Still, this time it wasn’t the review sites that made me wobble, but other authors. They don’t do it deliberately – obviously, but when you’re not on ‘ a certain list’ , you’re not invited to take part in something you can see all your friends on, when you always feel outside of the group – well to me, it’s just like being back at school when I was the outsider then too. I’m not looking for sympathy here or cries of we love you – from my two fans- bless you. But it is one of the reasons I really don’t think I’ll go to any more meet ups, book signings etc. Course, no one will read this so no one will know! LOL

Playing Dirty
Possibly the title for my work in progress. Not quite made up my mind which is par for the course. It’s the story of Linton and Thorne. Linton is an architect and Thorne is an actor, and their lives become entwined because of a mutual acquaintance whose name has changed so many times, I’ve confused myself. I try really hard not to use the same initials for characters but it’s something that many writers slide into without realising. I think we get the sound in our head and bingo – there’s a Josh, Jeremy and Jolyon before we know it. It’s very hard to find names that haven’t been over-used too. Just as I think – oh that’s unusual, I find someone else has used it. Not only that but two names in the same book as two names in one of mine. Arrghh.
So when I DO hear a name that’s different – I write it down. I have a long list to look at and choose what fits. If only that worked with titles.

Party!
My daughter has just done a fabulous dinosaur party for her four year old. First one had to be cancelled because we were all ill – one after the other we came down with a horrible bug. But luckily there was still a weekend before Christmas that everyone could make!

Drawn In is out!
Oh there was almost a pun there.
Anyhow, my latest MM Drawn In is now available. It’s gritty, some say dark, but it has humour too as all my books do. There are also elements that might make you cry or bite your nails. It has violence, sex and death but it also has love!
Blurb
Undercover police officer Kell has crossed the line. He’s become trapped in an abusive relationship with his violent thug of a boss and sees no way back without wrecking months of work. The hope of ever being involved with someone who respects him seems a distant dream.
Private investigator Gethin is depressed that the bulk of his work involves following unfaithful partners. He knows just what it’s like to be cheated on. Even worse, his relationship with his ex is complicated and Gethin can see no way of breaking free of a guy who so desperately needs him.
A chance encounter brings Kell and Gethin together, entwining their lives with secrets and danger. They both have reasons to keep things casual. But there are consequences to zipless fucks. Not only do they have to survive people trying to kill them, they need to trust each other and keep their wits about them, while ensuring their hearts stay intact.
