I've seen this term around before, but I don't think most people know what it means. So here's a simple article that talks about the basics.
Basically, the term is used to describe that gray area between people who are sexual and people who aren’t. Graysexuals enjoy sexy time on rare occasion. Most of the time, however, they want to be left alone.

This is one of those stories where I think you have to read between the lines...or at least read the entire article to make sense out of it.
POTUS fired the remaining people on the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS (PACHA), but this isn't completely out of the ordinary. President Obama did the same thing.
“Changing the makeup of federal advisory committee members is a common occurrence during administration changes,” Hayes said in the statement....
