Does this look yummy or what!!I think it's a need to try. :-)

I originally started the Pinterest account to do story boards for my books that are releasing or out. 
The Guardian's Bond story board is finished and I'm working on one for The Minotaur's Mate (releasing July 2014 with Whiskey Creek Press Torrid).
I found that I really like it. I love searching through the pictures posted and have more than several boards going

Fun Drink Friday -- White Wine Spritzer

 White Wine Spritzer
I found this little lovely on Food Network. Thought it'd be a nifty little drink for Spring.
Ingredients
3/4 glass super-chilled white wine (very, very cold!)
1/4 glass super-chilled club soda (again: very, very cold!)
Slice of lime
Directions
Fill a wine glass halfway with the super-chilled wine - the glass should frost - that's when you know your wine's cool enough.

Splash in the club soda until the glass is three-quarters full. (Note: You can also use ginger ale or lemon lime soda!)

Then take a slice of lime and put it on the rim of the glass.

The Wedding Dress Hunt...and the Wedding have happened!!

OK, so it was over, little over a year ago.  And we've since celebrated out first married year.
Yes...it's been great!!
The reason I've posted is because I've been getting quite a few hits from my ... 'The wedding dress hunt has began' blog, and a few emails asking if I'd found one.Sorry peeps, I sometimes don't blog that well.

We had a very small, very intimate wedding with our closest family and friends at The Alling House Bed & Breakfast. The owners are simply wonderful and have a passion for their guests.
So my dress was found at David's Bridal - Tampa, FL = Great Service!  and worn wonderfully, thanks to my seamstress, in Deland, FL.
*  Wedding / Event Planners, Stephanie Mullins with Soiree Solutions (They're soooo awesome!!), 
*  Photos taken by Tim with Honor Photography , 
*  Caterer's Blade and Co for our meal, 
*  along with 151 West Bread Co. for those awesome rolls, 
*  as well as Wild Flour Cakes . 
Thanks Stephanie and at the time a very pregnant assistant Alexa you two were and still are GREAT!!!!! (and thanks for letting me grow my own lavender and letting you figure out how to mix it in with the decor   )SOOOOOO TALENTED YOU ARE!!!!!!!!
So anyone in the Orlando, FL area looking for greatness I say hit them all up!!

The Guardian's Bond
Ohhhh, I am soooooo stoked!!I received my first round of edits last week and had them back in not to long after! Woot!!
The Last story in The Other Kin Series, is coming May 2014.I'm glad my edits came to me and I had them back to my editor before yesterday. 
Ohh, the drama...two teeth extracted and a bone graph done so I can have the implants.The dentist asked me on our consult if I'd rather go with a partial, as it's close to the two back teeth and my insurance would pick more up. I replied nah, that's ok, I'm to tired and lazy in the morning and night to take them out, clean them and OH...remember where I put them  .My dentist and her assistant laughed and said, 'well at least you're honest.'My oral surgeon is great ... he loves James Bond and has it going on all TVs in the office when he's working (There's one in every room).  We were watching Casino Royale before those nifty little 'sleeping agents' worked and twighlighted me right out.   CH'A!! 
So, now I'm all set for the next round of edits! *Pulling my editing panties up.* 
My mouth soreness has just about dissipated, but I'm still on a liquid or 'smooth' diet and I took tomorrow off from the day job! HA, I will be well rested!

My first project, I built a story board for my release coming in May 2014The Guardian's Bond.
Then I made a board for my book covers, Fun Drink Friday drinks and my hobby of Organic Gardening.So far, so good!

Fun Drink Friday - Strawberry Basil Margaritas

Strawberry Basil Margaritas makes 1 pitcher, or about 8 servings1 can (12 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate
10 strawberries (or 12 if you're using smaller ones from the farmer's market or your backyard.)
8 basil leaves
2 to 2 1/2 cups tequila (gold or silver)Empty the limeade concentrate into a pitcher. Add 2 1/2 cans of water and 1 1/2 (18 ounces, or 2 1/4 cups) cans of tequila (or a bit less, if you don't want your drinks to be quite as strong).Hull the strawberries, slice lengthwise, and add to the pitcher. Crumple the basil a little in your hands (this will help the basil flavor release into the drink) and add it to the pitcher, too. Place the pitcher, covered, in the fridge overnight, or for at least four hours.When you remove the pitcher from the fridge, your margaritas will be a lovely pale pink color. Now all you have to do is serve them and wait for the compliments to pour in.
