Lauch party in Western Washington....

For any Ljers who live in the greater Seattle area, I am having my book launch in Enumclaw, WA on June 19th.

Nascar revision letter received!

I just received a revision letter for my NASCAR/Harlequin project. It's a really good letter, filled with spot-on suggestions.

Once upon a time, I read this book:



It's hilarious and fun and fast paced. To celebrate the 8 weeks until Prada & Prejudice's release, I give you:

EIGHT THINGS in Prada & Prejudiuce which changed during revisions.

1)  Calllie's age. She was once an 18 year old college freshman. She is now a 15 year old high school sophomore. She's totally Benjamin Button!

2) The tense. it's present tense now-- the first 7 drafts were past tense.

Discussion Question: Have you ever pre-ordered a book?

If so, did you do it on amazon, at a local store, or somewhere else? What made you preorder the book?

I'm curious becuase I never really pre-ordered, although I have once or twice. I have, on multiple occasions, driven to my local stores on the day of release and bought a copy.
