As many of you know, a large part of Tennessee has been devastated by floods. The Grand Old Opry is filled with water. So is the Opryland Hotel, where I saw one of my BFFs get married several years ago. People have lost homes and loved ones, and the entire thing is Sad-Making in the extreme.

Helllllooooo, Blogger Friends! So I realize I've been gone awhile. If you're a regular around this blog, you know that's the way it goes sometimes. So I thought I'd make a handy-dandy Top 5 List of Things That Have Been Goin' Down Here Lately!

I Have Returned!

So I know I totally disappeared from the blog over the past few weeks, but after getting home from tour (which was FABULOUS!!), I really wanted to spend some time with My Guys. I mean, look at them.

Tour Goodness!

Whew! What a whirlwind week it's been! Atlanta, Jackson, Atlanta again, Memphis, Wichita, and today Chicago. Is it any wonder the other day I LITERALLY forgot where I'd flown in from when getting my luggage? But I'm having a GREAT time on tour! I've met so many cool people, and seen SO many awesome bookstores. Wednesday night I was at David Kidd in Memphis, which was so, so fun! YAY! Now my Book Beh-Beh is OFFICIALLY out there in the world! And I've been hearing from LOTS of people who've bought it, so THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Hope you enjoy it!

So right now, it's 6AM, and I'm lucky enough to have found working wi-fi at the Jackson, MS airport. Woo-hoo!

Meeting My Book

So yesterday, Small Son and I went to Books-A-Million so that he could play at the train table. I'm not gonna lie, I was definitely hoping to see HEX HALL out in the wild, too, but I didn't really expect to. After all, I'd been stalking BAM all week to no avail!

But still, once we got there, I thought I'd mosy over to the teen section and take a peek.

And there it was.
