Ryan – the boyfriend of Roxanne – goes missing, too. As the blurb says, ‘creatures appear in you...

Blog Tour: Boricuan Bookworms
Ingrid chatted about working as a writer with Boricuan Bookworms as part of her Around the World in 80 Days Blog Tour for When the World was Flat (and we were in love).
Excerpt from Boricuan Bookworms:
I have to confess that I am extremely envious of full-time writers. I work in a relatively demanding day job, which in peak periods has been known to keep me at my desk until the early hours of the morning (thankfully that is not every day!). I do get a strong sense of satisfaction from my job. I...

I wrote the majority of When the World was Flat (and we were in love) in the lounge room with my laptop either propped on my lap or on the arm of the lounge. I also wrote a lot of it while sitting in bed, propped up against the pillows. A chunk was written while in the car on m...

Ingrid shared the secret life of authors with Melicious as part of her Around the World in 80 Days Blog Tour for When the World was Flat (and we were in love).
Excerpt from Melicious:
The truth is that your second round of copy edits will arrive when you are climbing into bed the night before you are due to be a groomswoman at your brother’s wedding. You will have them turned around in two hours.
The truth is that you will spend many sleepless nights waiting on emails or setting your alarm for p...

Excerpt from More Than Just Magic:
1. He never wore socks
Einstein said that when he was young he discovered that his big toe would always create a hole in his socks, so he decided to stop wearing them! Apparently, he could also never see the point in covering your feet with both socks AND shoes.
