I am a published children's book author and a work-in-progress memoir writer. I love to read and get nervous if I don't have a good book close by. Growing up in Delaware near the shoreline, I delighted in the ocean waves, shell collecting, and that special smell of the salty marshes. You may read many of my life stories at my website, https://connieannscorner.blogspot.com/. And currently, I am publishing one episode per week of my Kindle Vella story, Anna's Journey...on Amazon. This won't appear on Amazon when clicked because it is not a book for sale. It is episodic with the first 3 episodes free to read, then you will need to buy tokens to continue. I'm sad that it took me so long to put it down on paper.(less)

Do Strawberries Call You?

I would say strawberries and tomatoes are two of my very favorite foods, and in Florida we are fortunate to be able to enjoy them year round, at least from the supermarket. Strawberries at Publix are now “fresh” from down south, and I have been exercising my right to take advantage of this, buying a container every week. I have them on cereal (overnight oats), cut up as dessert with a healthy spra Read more of this blog post »
