How’s Your Visibility?

Do you have all the customers you want? Do you have your sales process down to a science — people buying what you have to offer? What are you doing about the challenge everyone faces — when everyone on your list who wants what you’re offering has already bought? Now what? How do you get more people coming into your funnel? How do you grow your lists?

Here are a few ideas:

Do You Avoid the Sales Process?

Do you need more cash flow in your business? Would you like to sell more of your products, services and programs, but you really despise the sales process?

You may think if you put your stuff out there enough, people will come and buy. A few people might, but certainly not as many as would if you actually educated them on your offer and asked for the sale.

When I ran IdeaMarketers, I was great at sales. If I got someone on the phone, the majority of the time, they’d sign up for my service. But...

Do You Have Clearly Defined Systems?

I’ve worked with a lot of business owners, coaches and consultants since I started my business in 1990.

One of the single biggest stumbling blocks to growth I see is not having a clear, duplicatable system.

Do you have your brilliance down to a system? You may have the best service in the world, but if you don’t have it down to a clear system that can be multiplied and expanded upon to reach more than one person at a time, your business growth, revenue, and influence will hit a ceiling you can’t get past.

That’s why I’m so excited about my...

Making Things Happen

There are few things I love more than teaching someone something new and watching them run with it and make it their own. I had SO much fun this week with my How to Create A Product in a Week OR Less Intensive where I taught a group of women how to transform their expertise into a LIVE program that could be turned into a downloadable product.

Regina ReiterRegina Reiter of ForgivenessWalks.com was one of the amazing women in the group. I am SO impressed with the way Regina worked through her doubts and fear...

My 5am Shift In Perspective

I’ve had an immense amount of work, stress and challenges on my plate lately. I’ve found myself doing more whining and griping to God than usual. In fact, I’m ashamed to admit my prayers probably sound more like the demanding rants of an ungrateful child.

The Eyes Are The Window to the Soul

Snow White

Snow White

It’s been said, “The eyes are the window to the soul.” I had an epiphany the other day while looking into my dog’s eyes. Snow and I have this connection. She looks deeply into my eyes and I into hers. It’s as if we can see each other’s souls. It’s an amazing connection to have with anyone, but to find it with a pet is really quite remarkable.

The other day, I took a mental inventory of the relationships I’ve had with men, trying to remember what it was like to look into their eyes. I...

Who or What Is God?

When I decided to write a book about my 2nd great grandfather’s murder, I discovered through research that the true story had never been told. Eye witness accounts conflicted with one another. Whether the two brothers accused of the crime both shot, or only one, was never clarified. Everyone seemed to have a different spin on the murder and why it happened.

I decided to work from the perspective that everyone was telling the truth as they saw it, and that the full truth was most likely a compo...
