Amber Davis is an avid reader who after lots of encouragement from her friends, decided it was time to put pen to paper and write the book that had been niggling at her for some time.

When she isn’t working or reading, she’s binge watching TV shows and re-watching ALL the Disney movies. She’s a massive fan of all things Disney and has quite a large collection of books and Elmo’s.

Amber is originally from Queensland but has been living in Melbourne with her dog Bella for the past 5 years.

My review

You can’t call yourself a real reader if you don’t vary your readings a bit, and this thriller is perfect for relaxing.

The book is well written, and the story keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Let’s start with Isabella Wirth, who works for a military base as a breaker code. Her boss sends her on a mission asking her to seduce a man, Tom Grant. And entertain him until reinforcements arrive to capture him because he is a threat to national security.

Tom, he’s working undercover, and he’s in that hotel to protect Isabella.

But how? Wasn’t that a threat to national security?

The more the story goes on, the more intriguing it gets. Lies, twists, and discoveries that the author makes you do little by little makes reading very enjoyable.

It’s just brilliant, especially when we get to know Isabella for real and her Blood Orphan past.

Despite being haunted by a traumatic past due to a Blood Orphan, Tom must follow orders and protect her.

When the past of both begins to hunt them down, what will happen? Will they be able to work as a team?

I can’t help but repeat it; this book is brilliant. I recommend reading it because it will keep you glued to the pages from start to end.

My review

Cassidy and Devon … What a trip…

I have never laughed so hard for a book. The well-built characters and the various scenarios make this book a masterpiece that you can’t tear yourself away from.

Devon is considered the God of sex in the office, and every employee would love to have a little taste.

Cassidy tries to behave normally, but deep down, she wants him too as all her colleagues.

Devon is attracted by Cassidy but knows she’s not a one-night stand girl.

Overhearing a phone call from Cassidy with her friend, Devon knows where to find himself once he’s finished work. With the excuse of a chance encounter, they spend an evening together.

Cassidy has to go home the next day, it being Christmas Eve, but a whole series of events happen, and she asks Devon for a lift.

Twenty minutes driving is a relatively short journey, isn’t it? What can ever happen?

The answer? A punctured wheel makes them spend the night together in a hotel, a luxurious and passionate night.

But is it only this?? A simple night of passion?

You absolutely have to read it to find out, and oh my God, believe me, it’s so worth it!
