Stand on our own two feet
God isn’t always there to hold our hand. He has taught us His ways and hopes that we are now able to stand on our own two feet. When God seems far away could it be that He knows we’re going to cope just fine? When God doesn’t answer us immediately is it that God is trusting us to make our own decisions and put into practise that which He has taught us?

What will You do?
What will you do to make the lives of others better today? As a Christian, if you are not being a positive force in the world you are not following the example of Christ.

Shepherd-Like
As Shepherd-like He guides with word and deed
A deed once held by nails so cruel
A word of promise still to be fulfilled
And though the storms come and build and rage
He is my anchor, my refuge and my solid ground.

Change a Life
It may not take much to change a life. Letting someone know that you believe in them may make all the difference. Remember God believed in you so much that He sent His son to die for you, now that is what you call believing in someone.

What God can do
Never underestimate what God can do with what we have and the little we give back to Him.

Following God
From the moment the sun rises until it set may God be praised.
From the second I wake to when I lay my head back down again may God be on my mind.
From the time I open my mouth to the time it shuts may God’s words be on my lips.
From dawn until dusk may my actions be according to God’s will.
From Sunday morning until Saturday night may my feet follow the pathway God shows me.
From week to week, month to month may I work in the service of the Lord.
From season to season may my renewed focus be on God and Him alone.
From year to year may I grow nearer to God and may I be more like Him my God and my King.

My new book Praying Through the Psalms is out now. In full colour is is a wonderful gift book to bring cheer and the wisdom of the Psalms to all. Illustrated with my photographs of God’s wonderful creation it takes the Psalms and turns them into modern prayers. The Psalms is a wonderful blueprint of how we should interact with God through good times and bad, an my new book helps us to unlock them even further. But don’t take my word for it, see what others have been saying…
Inspiring Nathan’s books are always a blessing, and this sequence of brief passages and prayers is ideal to dip into. Stuart Gordon
Lovely content to help to inspire with prayer and praise through the Psalms Simple prayers guided through the inspiration of the Psalms J. Wilkins
Arresting. A really innovative and attractive take on the Psalms. Sometimes it might feel that they’re too much of a good thing with 150 of them but Praying Through the Psalms really cuts to the chase and arrests one’s senses with the beautiful photos helping you focus on what you’ve just read. The attack continues
The first attack on a human was when the devil attacked Eve in questioning the authority of the word of God (“Did God really say…”). That attack continues today. Will we really exchange the authority of scripture for the short term gain of a tempting piece of fruit?

Light
Jesus is not only the light of the world, He is the light of your life. You can choose to live in His light or continue to hide in the darkness, Also, you can choose to allow Him to shine His light into every area of your life or choose to keep areas hidden from His purifying light.

Imagine what else
If God would send His son to suffer and die for you, just imagine what else He is prepared to do for you as well?
