"Fiery, But Peaceful"

Being poor in spirit, mourning, meek, hungry and thirsty for righteousness, merciful, pure in heart, persecuted, reviled and wrongly accused doesn't sound appealing or seem worth it to those who are merely seeking to gain and enjoy more from this world than from their relationship with Jesus and living a life that honours and pleases Him.If you are in a church that tells you God's blessin Read more of this blog post »

message 55: by Caity

Caity You are a classic literary novel, which means you're tried and true and you'll stand the test of time. You're inspiring and exciting, but sometimes you can be verbose, overly descriptive, and boring. But don't worry, when everyone else has gotten sick of everything else, they'll come back to you, the story that actually has depth and lasting value.

got this result when I took a "What kind of book would you be?" quiz. :D

message 54: by Caity

Anna Second Chances: The Love Story Of Al and Jeanie Tomaini

Author’s Note

It all began with the acclaimed and famous movie and recently popular play “The Elephant Man” which sparked at the time a fascination but then grew into more of an odd-ball obsession which has only increased over the years.

Perhaps, it’s simply because I have a soft and rather sensitive heart
and when I stumble upon stories about what people would consider freaks and I can’t help but pity them whole-heartily and add them to my adopted fictional family which increasing in size.

Anyway, back to the origin of the reason behind this book idea and how it all began..so, first of all...there has been many various debates which popular fictional couple has the best love story and instead of choosing a fictional or historical couple and then stating my many reasons behind choosing them and how and why they are the best.

It happened like this, I was in the mood for finding two more family members to add to my list when I came across the website entitled: Human Marvels and read the first words which turned out to be, “True love knows no bounds” and that instantly captured my attention and by the time I had finally finished the article, I was totally enchanted by their love story and found it to be the best love story I have read both fictional and historical.

Although Al and Jeanie may not be Rhett Butler and Scarlett O’Hara whose their movie romance that has become the greatest saga, I still consider what they did for each other and loving each other despite the fact that Al was a giant and Jeanie had no legs and only twisted arms to support her, they are still able to steal my heart time and time again.

I hope that their love story both charms and enchants you as it did me!! - Anna Hanson

PS: this is the author's note for my new book..please leave a comment on my home page with your feedback.
