THE FIRST DAYS by Rhiannon Frater

Thrown together by circumstance, Jenni and Katie become a powerful zombie-killing partnership, mowing down zombies as they rescue Jenni's stepson, Jason, from an infected campground.
They find sanctuary in a tiny, roughly fortified Texas town. With almost no hope left outside the walls, Jenni, Katie span

Well, new week...

Anyway. I actually allocated this week--which also happens to be the last week of July, gasp--for the last round of IRIS edits. And they actually arrived in my Inbox on Thursday night. Once again, cutting it very close, but I've set myself the goal of getting it done and emailed by Wednesday afternoon. And if I can reach page 200/355 by the ...

Trying to get back on track

Neglectful Blogger

*taking a deep breath*
It took me all week to get through the first round of edits for IRIS, which ended up being 380 pages. And I didn't meet my self-imposed-Friday-afternoon deadline. I had to finish off this morning. Luckily, hubby went into work really early this morning. So by the...
