There are so many that surprised me, but if I look up at myself, my eyes instantly gravitate towards Havoc by CM Stunich. I never thought I'd be interested in a RH book, especially with it being high school themed, but those boys don't act 18 and I am not ashamed to say I would easily take the FMC's place. Bernie is a bada$$ b!tch with 5 hunks on her hip.

Fairyloot and Owlcrate have gloriously decorated my shelves, but for the sake of fairness I don't think those should count. And due to the super rareness ofthe Fourthwing sprayed edges I'm not counting that one eaither. So, my run of the mill, everyone can buy it book is... the hard back box edition of ACOTAR. its sold everywhere and black with gold foiling.

Now if I were to pick a book box favorite... I think that would have to be Belladonna. For one it's goreous with purple edges but also the story line is amazing too. It was suggested in my newsletter a few weeks back, which if you aren't a subscriber I reccomend checking it out. There are lots monthly freebies and behind the scenes exclusives sent out weekly.

It takes on a new twist to the story and leaves you wanting to get to the second book immediately.Highly suggest is you enjoy the darker Peter Pan retellings, this one is a little more lighter compared to others that are out there. Endings for me are the hardest to write becasue sometimes I am not ready for the end and others it feels like the story stopps abruptly. As a reader, I hate cliff hangers. As a writer I understand their purpose. HOwever, one writer I feel does an amazing job with Endings is LJ shen. She writes spicy billionaire romances with the occasional changeup and every book of hers is Gold. My personal favorite is Vicious and In The Unlikely Event. Both are second chance-ish. Both are enemies to lovers. Yet they are completly different.

I feel like most of the books I read are either modern or set in a different world so I had to think back to my high school days and the first to come to mind (besides Pride and Prejudice) was Wuthering Heights. DO I remember what it was about? Not really. I vaguely remember it being a forbidden love story but not much else comes back to me. i can't even recall if they got a HEA.

Since this is very much out of my wheelhouse, what do you recommend?
