Feeling Crappy but Still Promoting!
Ever feel like your life is just promoting, promoting and promoting. Being a self-published author it is hard not just focusing on the writing side of things, however, I love how the other parts of this process force me out of my shell. I have been known to be a hermit, who is great at customer service and I feel like being self-published actually helps with the negative aspects of that. It can be great to get away sometimes and reset yourself, however, when it turns into weeks of alone time it can turn the wrong way. Especially for me. Like really really really wrong. Since deciding to become self-published I have pushed myself further than I ever thought possible. I mean I have my own website, a published book and a plan to help market my book online through social media posts and videos. What? I can't even believe that I've come so far already in this journey and it is only just starting. As I said in the title I feel crappy, I'm hoping just something to do with the weather here in Utah, but emotionally wise I am in a great place. For once. My negative mental side has been trying to surface the last few weeks, honestly. But as always I'm just working through and focusing on other things. Hopefully some really fun things in the future. For now, I think watching a movie and early bed is needed. Oh Yeah, and speaking of promoting..... Thank you so much guys for all the support. and grab the promotion while it's available.
