A Handful of Recipes

By popular request, I thought I'd provide links to some of my favorite recipes (along with my notes).
One caveat: My oven runs a little hot, so my baking time always ends up a little shorter than the baking time in the recipe. I tend to set my timer for 10-15% earlier than the amount of time called for in the recipe.
