Top Five Posts for June
This one is really a surprise, as it was December 2009, and from when I was still Teal Ceagh in disguise, and from the other site. It has surged again. Everyone's madly buying ebooks now? Great!!
4. The Complete Ellora's Cave Primer for Newbies Who Are Too Afraid To Ask – Part 3And this post is even older, but always manages to hover up in the top ten, somewhere.
3. Free Erotic Romance From Ellora's Cave.Hardly a surprise there. ...

My Story Has Too Much Sex In It – And Other Reviews
Happy Canada Day for those of you partaking in the Red, White and Red.
I forgot it was a holiday this morning. I woke up, thought it was late, looked at the clock and saw it was late and that Mark was still in bed and did one of those instant levitation things, where you wake up instantly and find yourself on your feet and can't remember how you got there.
Well, I can skip at least one cup of coffee this morning…
I've received four reviews in the last few days. Three wonderful ones and one...

Gennita Low Steps Up to the Open Microphone
I'm privileged and thrilled to introduce romance intrigue author Gennita Low, as the first author in the new Open Mic interview series.
Gennita fascinates me not just because she's a roofer in her day job, but also because she has persisted for years to first a) be published after placing in several Golden Heart contests, then b) to carve a career for herself in the tough romantic suspense market, writing non-formula books with kick-ass heroines in an genre where the heroines usually melt...

"Smokin' Sex" – Review for SOLSTICE SURRENDER from ALTERNATIVE READ
I found this glowing and unexpected review for my erotic paranormal romance, Solstice Surrender, yesterday in amongst my Google Alerts. Solstice has been out a while, hence the surprise, and the review itself was a beauty, so it was a double whammy.
This one was a bit different, well written and I enjoyed the fact that when it came to choices they made their own – no coercion, no emotional blackmail. The characters were not only hot, they were smart, strong and the sex was smokin. I...
11 Things I Wish I'd Known About Full Time Writing When I First Started Writing Novels
http://www.flickr.com/photos/desireed... / CC BY-NC-ND 2.0
I've been writing full time since June 4, 2009. Although it has been my dearest wish to be a full time writer, the decision to go full time at that date wasn't mine—it was a surprise, forced on me by suddenly being fired and finding myself on the sidewalk with a cheque in my hand. That cheque ran out a long time ago and I'm still writing for a living.
There are many, many information pages on the net that tell you about the joys o...

Harry Potter…Yeah, I Can't Wait.
Just got a look at the official trailer for the last installment of the Harry Potter movies. Holy crow!
I officially can't wait. I loved the books, especially the last few (all except the very last chapter of the last book). I just played this trailer at maximum High Definition, with the sound at full volume, which rattled the speakers on my desk…I got goosebumps!
Oh, I so can't wait! And my daughter thought I was taking her to all those midnight Harry Potter book releases for all those...
What To Do With Your Old Books (This is Amazing!)
I'm having a lazy Monday if you don't mind. The last few posts have been pretty intense, so I'm doing something easy and simple.
And this is just freaking amazing. What to do with all your leftover books when you don't want them anymore.

BLUE KNIGHT Is Finished And I'm Tempting Fate Again
Courtesy of ScaarAT, Flickr
My erotic romantic suspense, Blue Knight, is finally finished and has been submitted to Ellora's Cave. This is the third book in the Guns 'n Lovers series, of which Red Leopard and Black Heart were the first two.
I'm tempting fate again. I've already built a book page for Blue Knight, added a blurb and and excerpt, and I'm announcing it here in this post as done, and an upcoming book. But it actually, technically, hasn't been bought by Ellora's Cave yet.
I did...

Erotic Romance Friendly Blogs
In October last year, I ran a quick post listing five really good paranormal review sites that I regularly visit.
That post still registers in the top ten busiest on the site.
As paranormal isn't the only genre that interests me, or everyone who visits this site, I thought I'd do a categorized listing of all the blogs I've found useful or interesting lately, with some quick annotations, so that all the categories are covered.
I've limited the list to blogs (you get to talk back, and the content ...
