Congratulations on Elmwean's Lodge #1 ! The plot sounds very interesting and I would definitely pick it up soon. Here is my question: How much does one needs to know about physics, wave–particle duality and magnetic fractions before reading the book? P.S.: The art and your Website look absolutely amazing!

About your question:

You don't need to have any background in physics to understand it. The story is more about the adventures of the characters and their discoveries, than it is about the science behind it.

There are a few technical stuff (Like Reyl, I too have a soft spot for these fields) and a few world-specific words/terms, for which I added a rather long glossary at the back of the book.

If you do find parts of it hard to read, I will be happy to talk more about them. I could use the insight to make improvements, explain things better in the glossary etc. However, those who have read it by now, in general don't seem to have any trouble.
