Break Me (The Wolf Hotel Book 2) by K.A. Tucker
This is the second book in The Wolf Hotel series.
Henry Wolf is a deliciously wicked, sinfully handsome man who has done a very bad thing.
Potentially.
Worse, he owns me now—every inch of my body and a sizeable chunk of my stupid, naïve heart.
And he’s made it clear that if I want to keep my job and stay in Alaska, I’m stuck catering to his every whim and wish—both in the hotel and in his bedroom—while I wait for the potential fiery media circus ring that will no doubt drag my reputation into the gutter along with his, should his past discretions surface.
I will not surrender to his demands, not when I have dirt to hold over his head. IF I have the guts to blackmail him, that is. Something warns me that going through with it will have disastrous consequences for my heart.
I enjoyed reading this book. The characters are good and I liked the story.
Abi is a good character but she did frustrate me a little in this book. Her trust issues really messed things up for her and I think that it’s good that she paid the price for her actions. Saying that, I was still hoping that things would reconcile because I absolutely love Henry.
Henry is such a catch, but I also think him not opening up helped to push Abi to do what she did. I get that they couldn’t be open and public about their relationship, but he also didn’t help the situation. I still love him though and I loved how he didn’t move on from her even though he was hurting. After everything, he still dropped everything for her when she was in need which I loved. I loved seeing them reconnect and I really hope that they open up more and grow their relationship properly.
I didn’t like Michael and I hated how easily she gave in. He took advantage of her when she was upset and the mistake cost her dearly. I liked Ronan and Conner and I think Abi needed the experience to help her grow. They were there for her, but I am completely cheering for her and Henry, so I was glad that she stopped thing with them as soon as he was back.
I am really looking forward to the next book and am looking forward to seeing Abi and Henry begin to develop their relationship properly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this book.

Tempt Me (The Wolf Hotel Book 1) by K.A. Tucker
This is the first book in The Wolf Hotel series.
I ran from home to escape heartbreak, only to deliver myself into the hands of a wolf.
Henry Wolf, that is.
Heir to a luxury hotel chain.
Infamous playboy.
Arrogant bastard.
And my new boss.
Why he wants me, Abbi Mitchell—a girl who lacks experience on every front that would matter to him—as his personal assistant, I cannot fathom, especially when I keep screwing up in the most spectacular way.
Did I already mention he’s a bastard?
A beautiful, moody one, who’s quick to demand, slow to apologize.
And toying with me every chance he gets.
Testing me.
Messing with my head in a way that makes my body crave him.
He knows it, and he doesn’t hide the fact that he enjoys doing it.
He says he doesn’t want me for more than my mediocre computer skills and color-coding flair.
He says he’s not willing to risk losing his empire for a tangle in the sheets with “the help.”
But I’m beginning to think that’s a big, dirty lie.
I really enjoyed reading this book. It was a quick enjoyable read with great characters and a good story.
Abi was a good character. She’s innocent and naive, and finds herself working for Henry Wolf after having her heart broken. I love seeing her thoughts as she gets to know Henry and her feelings growing towards him. I think she needs this escape from her life at home, especially with her mum shoving her ex gone her throat. She needs to move on from that dick.
Henry is great. He comes across as a typical playboy rich billionaire, but behind closed doors with Abi, there was a vulnerable side of him. He was soft and sweet at times, and then he used her. It’s hard to know what his feelings truly are at the moment. Is he just using her or does he genuinely care? I’m looking forward to reading the next book and seeing more.
They story is good although it is heavy on the relationship between them both. I’m intrigued to see what Abi will do about what she read at the end and what the truth is behind it. In the scenes between them we hot and there was definitely a spark between them, so I’m hoping that his feelings are real.
Overall, I really enjoyed reading this book and would definitely recommend it.

Mercy (Salacious Players’ Club) by Sara Cate
This is the forth book in the Salacious Players’ Club series which can also be read as a standalone.
I don’t want to hurt him—I just want to punish him.
It’s bad enough being the only female owner of the Salacious Players’ Club, but I’m also the only one without a kink, or so I thought.
Imagine my surprise when the kink quiz suggests that I’m not so vanilla after all.
In fact, I’m a lot more like Emerson Grant than I thought.
Just one problem—I have no idea how to be a Domme.
That is, until the app matches me with someone willing to help me learn.
He’s too young for me.
Too stubborn. Too good looking.
And, oh yeah, my friend’s son.
Beau Grant is a brat. I’d hate that about him if I didn’t love punishing him so much.
Underneath all of that attitude is a man who is misunderstood, selfless, and in need of direction.
But if he wants mercy, he has to earn it.
There are a million reasons why I should stay away, but I’m tired of doing what everyone thinks I should do.
I finally know what I want, and I’m ready to take what’s mine.
I loved reading this book. The characters are fantastic and I loved the story.
Beau is becomes a completely different person to when you first meet him in Praise. He grows up and learns more about himself. He realises how his behaviour has been and he fixes it. It’s hard not to love him in this book. He was just a poor broken soul who needed some guidance and Maggie is all to thank for it.
Maggie is brilliant. She is such a strong character and it was fantastic watching her realise who she was meant to be in this book. It makes you want to bow for her. I loved her relationship with Beau and how she handled him and his brat behaviour. They both learnt together and grew into the lifestyle.
This is the first Domme book that I’ve read and I really enjoyed it. Maggie was just what the series needed and it just solidfied her position as one of the clubs owners. The scenes were smoking hot and I loved it. I love how it showed that a man is allowed to submit. There is nothing wrong with it.
Another thing I loved in this book was seeing everyone else happy. We’ve seen epilogue’s to Garrett and Mia years in the future and the same for Drake, Hunter and Isobel, but we didn’t quite get that for Emerson and Charlotte. In this book, we saw Emerson and Charlotte with their happy future which I loved. It was also great seeing Beau’s behaviour change towards them, and then Emerson’s reaction and acceptance back when he found out about Maggie and him. It was always going to be a little weird, but so was his relationship with Charlie. Acceptance goes both ways and at the end of the day, you can’t help who you love.
Overall, this was a fantastic book. The entire series has been brilliant. Each book has been its own story, however I’ve loved the character overlaps. I would definitely recommend this entire series.

Give Me More (Salacious Players’ Club) by Sara Cate
This is the fourth book in the Salacious Players’ Club series which can be read as a standalone.
I’m a scoundrel
Playboy. Man whore.
Basically, I get around, and I’m not afraid to admit it.
So when my best friend opens up Salacious Players’ Club and asks me to head the construction, how could I say no?
Now we’re on a cross-country road trip touring other kink clubs, and I couldn’t be happier.
Life is good.
Then Hunter suddenly asks me to sleep with his wife…while he watches.
I’ll do anything for my best friend, but this is the one request I should say no to.
Isabel is the woman of my dreams, but she’s his.
And the exact reason I should say no is the one reason I say yes.
Because it’s not only Isabel I want.
These are the two most important people in my life, and if we go down this path, how will I ever be able to walk away?
I’m not sure my best friend understands just how much I’m willing to do for him—and why.
I absolutely loved this book. The characters are fantastic and the story and development was great.
Hunter, Drake and Isabel are all fantastic characters. I love the friendship between them all and watching it develop.
Hunter and Isabel have been happily married and together for ten years while Drake has always be around. He’s been a part of the relationship since the beginning really as their best friend.
Hunter suddenly realises that he wants to watch Drake have sex with his wife, and you can understand the hesitancy that Drake and Isabel have. They are both attracted to each other though. I loved the spark between them.
I loved seeing Drake realise that he loves her and then seeing him want Hunter too. Really, he has always loved Isabel and his best friend. I absolutely loved seeing Hunter slowly getting involved. The internal battle he has over his sexuality was brilliant to read. He needed time to come out and accept it.
The love between the three of them was brilliant to read, and the spice. Christ, it was on fire. I’ve never been the biggest fan of MM scenes, but these ones were done well. The connection between them is what made them great, and then with Isabel as well. I loved it.
I think the three of them went through a journey of discovery, finding their true self. It takes a while for them to realise that the three of them belong together and that really, Drake has always been a part of them. I loved the poly relationship they end up in.
Overall, I absolutely loved this book. The characters were fantastic with great character developments. I would definitely recommend it.

Eyes on Me (Salacious Players’ Club) by Sara Cate
This is the second book in the Salacious Players’ club series which can also be read as a standalone.
I’m a voyeur—it means I like to watch.
And in my line of work, that’s a gift.
As one of the four owners of the Salacious Players’ Club, I’m comfortable on the sidelines. This is what I was made to do, and I work better alone.
Until the day I stumble on a certain cam girl app and find myself watching the one person I should never have watched—my step-sister.
There are three big problems with this.
One, Mia and I can’t stand each other.
Two, she has no idea I’m the man on the other end of the video.
And three…I’m hooked—on the app and on her.
Now, Mia has me wanting and doing things I said I’d never do again, like opening upand getting attached. I’m falling for her, but she’s falling for the mystery man I’m pretending to be.
If I’m going to make this right, then I have to do more than just watch.
But how far will I go to keep her eyes on me?
I absolutely loved this book. The characters were fantastic and I loved the story.
I love Garrett. The more you learn about him, the more you fall in love with him. I enjoyed how his relationship with Mia developed. They go from typical step siblings to something physical, and then something more.
Watching her on the cam may have been a little wrong and weird, but when sparks fly between them in person, it doesn’t seem to matter.
I think both Mia and Garrett had great character developments throughout the book. Mia becomes more confident and outgoing and Garrett faces his problems. Together they make each other stronger.
I loved how this book tackles depression, especially within men. It’s such a touching part of the plot. It just makes you love Garrett more.
There’s plenty of spice and I loved the voyour and exhibition aspects. The ending was brilliant seeing Mia and Garrett get their happily ever after.
Overall, I absolutely loved this book. I would definitely recommend it.

Diamond in the Dark (Savage Jewels Book 1) by Poppy Jacobson
This is the first book in the Savage Jewels series which can be read as a standalone.
First they break me. Then they claim me. All I want is freedom from the world I left.
When my sister called me, panicked because her surprise pregnancy violated the terms of her soon-to-be-arranged marriage, I took her place in a Faustian bargain with the three men who’d intended to buy her.
My new partners are violent and uncompromising men who threaten everything I’ve built over the past decade. Will I find a way to stand before them as an equal? Or will they drive me straight into the danger I so desperately tried to escape?
I really enjoyed this book. The characters were great and the plot was good.
I loved the story. Ginevra sells herself to save her sister and fully dives back in to the mafia life. She asserts herself among the men. She was such a strong, brave character.
I loved the three men. Rian, Liam and Cormac are all fantastic. I loved their relationship with Ginevra and also with each other. They are harsh to her at the beginning, trying to break her like they planned, but she is strong. She fights back and proves that she deserves more.
I loved watching them realise her strength. They eventually admire it. The scenes between them are all brilliant and very steamy. I loved the dynamic and her submission to them in the bedroom. I also loved how the boys focused on each other as well.
The story is also full of action and I loved how things progressed. After everything that Ginevra went through, the ending was great.
I would definitely recommend this book. The storyline and characters are great.

Ruthless Creatures (Queens & Monsters Book 1) by J.T. Geissinger
This is the first book in the Queens and Monsters series.
Five years ago, my fiancé disappeared. He left me with a wedding dress I’d never wear. Left me with the kind of scars that can’t be healed. The man I built my future on vanished like a ghost. All that remained were my broken heart and a million unanswered questions.
Until a mysterious stranger arrives in town.
Tall, dark, and dangerous, Kage is as full of secrets as he is sex appeal. Though I know he’s hiding something, I’m drawn to him like a moth to flame.
Heat crackles between us with every look, desire flares into passion, and I fall hard, helpless to resist.
But then I discover he’s been sent to collect on an unpaid debt from my missing fiancé…
And that debt is me.
I loved this book. The characters were great and the story was good.
I love Kage. God, the mouth on that man. I loved how someone so tough and ruthless could also be so romantic. I loved Nat as well. She’s been through so much and get’s thrown into the crossfire without knowing why.
The story is good. You keep wondering what Kage is hiding. He should have told her earlier because the way it came out wasn’t ideal. Natalie was always going to react badly.
I loved Kage’s devotion to her. He made a choice, which was her, and he stuck by it no matter what. The spark between them was great and I loved how her always waited for her permission to do anything. The situation wasn’t ideal between them, but they had feelings that they couldn’t deny. In the end, Kage made everything right.
Sloane was brilliant as well. I loved the conversations between her and Natalie. The epilogue was great and I’m so glad that she’s getting her own book. I’m looking forward to reading it.
Overall, I enjoyed reading this book. The characters were great and I liked the storyline. I would definitely recommend it.

Little Dove by Layla Frost
This is a standalone book.
Where do I begin?
Oh. Yeah.
Once upon a time.
Isn’t that how all good fairy tales start?
And Maximo and I, we were definitely a fairy tale.
Not the cleaned-up, sanitized ones where life’s problems were solved with a smile and a song. We were the old-school kind. The twisted tales packed with murder, violence, and tragic beginnings.
Okay, so maybe we weren’t a traditional fairy tale. After all, Maximo was more villain than prince. He was scarily sexy. Devilishly charming. Controlling, possessive, and dangerous.
Especially when it came to me.
His little dove.
And heaven help anyone who tried to free me from my gilded cage.
I absolutely loved reading this book. The story was brilliant and I loved the characters.
Maximo was a fantastic character. He was caring, tough, demanding, dangerous, possessive and charming all in one. I love him. I’m not the biggest fan of the Daddy kink, but holy shit, I’d call him Daddy without a second thought.
I loved Juliet as well. She was tough after everything she’d been through, but she was also innocent and naive. I loved her growth and development through this book.
The story was great. It was a good blend of a mafia plot alongside the developing relationship between Maximo and Juliet. I enjoyed the threats that they faced and how it all stemmed from Shamus.
I loved their relationship. I loved how Maximo knew that it was wrong to want her and how he waited a year for her to turn 18. The age-gap may not have been right, but you can’t help who you fall in love with. He spent a year giving her everything she wanted. He allowed her to find who she is as a person, and then when the time was right, he made his move. He gave her the choice.
I loved watching them grow close. She grew with him and he absolutely doted on her, giving her everything she could ever want. How could you not love him? The spark between them was fantastic and I loved watching them truly fall in love.
The ending was brilliant, seeing how they were in future. Overall, this book was fantastic. The story was brilliant and the plot developed well. The characters were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this book.

BULL (The Buck Boys Heroes Book 1) by Deborah Bladon
This is the first book in the Buck Boys Heroes series which can also be read as a standalone.
My jerk of a boss is getting married today.
Imagine my surprise when I found out that the bride-to-be is me.
Graham Locke is cocky, condescending, and looks sinfully sexy wrapped in a thousand dollar suit.
He’s also a nightmare to work for.
When he sends me a text message asking me to meet him because he’s getting married, I laugh out loud.
Who would marry him?
It turns out I do. I literally marry my boss.
It’s not for love. I can’t say it’s entirely for money, but that does factor into my decision to become Mrs. Locke for ninety days.
Three months will fly by, right?
Wrong.
Within twenty four hours, I’m counting the seconds until I can go back to being Trina Shaw.
I persevere because I’m not one to give up even though I seriously consider it.
It doesn’t take long before I discover that my husband isn’t the man I thought he was.
The secrets he keeps hidden close to his heart may end up breaking mine.
I loved reading this book. The characters were brilliant and the story was great.
I loved Graham. He is such a great character and had a brilliant development. He grew once me married Trina. It may have started out as a lie, only there to make Lloyd happy, but it grew into something real.
I loved the slow build of their relationship. They both fell for each other, but it took a long time for them to both actually admit it. It was great to read it from both of their POVs.
I love Lloyd. He was such a genuine person and his love for Graham was sweet. He was so happy seeing him happy and it was sad when he found out the truth. Ultimately, Graham and Trina did fall in love no matter how it started.
I loved the ending, seeing them happy together and married for real with their friends and family. I think they had a great development together, especially Graham.
I would definitely recommend this book.

Think Outside the Boss (New York Billionaires Book 1) by Olivia Hayle
This is the first book in the New York Billionaires series which can also be read as a standalone.
Thinking outside the box resulted in the best night of my life.

But when the exclusive invitation ends up in my mailbox by accident… well.
Who wouldn’t be curious? It’s not like I’m going to do anything.
The handsome stranger I meet has different plans.
One glance across the crowded party, and an hour later we’re stretched out on silk.
Our night together is glorious. No names and no regrets.
But I’d forgotten there’s always a price to pay for pleasure.
I find out the cost when I start my internship.
Because who is the new venture capitalist CEO?
Tristan Conway, aka my handsome stranger.
Powerful, determined, intriguing… and single.
Oh, and he wants to see me in his office.
Thinking outside the box got me into this mess.
Now if I could just stop thinking about the boss…
I enjoyed reading this book. The characters were brilliant and I loved the story.
I love Freddie. She’s a great character and I enjoyed her journey in this book. Tristan was brilliant as well.
I loved how they both met. It started as an anonymous fling in the club, but they both felt that spark.
I loved how they tried keeping everything professional once they realised they worked in the same company. I enjoyed how things developed between them, especially with Tristan’s son. It was so natural and pure. I loved the love that developed between them.
The story was good. Everything that happened brought Tristan and Freddie closer. The ending was great seeing them decide that they wanted and loved each other. The epilogue was brilliant.
Overall, this was a enjoyable quick read. The characters are great and the story was good. I would definitely recommend it.
