Cataclysm (Four Horsemen Book 4) by Sarah Bailey
This is the forth and final book in the Four Horsemen series.
Drake Ackley – Death.
They call us the men who will drive the world to its knees.
The Four Horsemen.
A pity for them really.
Prescott, West, Francis and I are done with our masks of civility.
Gods who turned on their subjects.
When you unleash death, nothing can withstand it. Everything perishes in the wake of the executioner. The only things left to show for it are ash and dust.
We had allowed our enemies to take from us for far too long. The tables had finally turned. Our woman had arrived to usher in the end.
Scarlett was the catalyst. The fuse.
The match was burning. Time was running out.
And we were about to bring war to the man who stole her from us all those years ago.
This series has been brilliant. I absolutely love the characters and the storyline has been brilliant.
I have loved Scarlett’s development through the series. She’s grown immensely as a character, taking who she was in the last ten years and blending it with her returned memories. She’s strong and fierce.
The boys are all brilliant. I love them all, and yet they are all so different. Scarlett brings out the best in them all. It was great to see Drake finally lower his walls for her and embrace this love towards her. Prescott and Francis are both so lovely, and West, our little psycho has a heart. It was brilliant to see him and Scarlett repair the damage that the last ten years did.
I loved watching them get their revenge and justice. They took everyone down and showed no mercy. They truly were the Four Horsemen with their goddess, Nyx.
The scenes were all smoking hot, and one in particular definitely isn’t for the faint hearted. I found it I far more hotter than I should have.
I enjoyed the ending and seeing everyone find their happiness and closure. They all embraced the fact that they were a family. It was a good satisfying ending.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this series. It has been brilliant to read and I’ve proper binge read it. The characters are brilliant and the storyline it great.
My rating: 5/5*
Corrode (Four Horsemen Book 3) by Sarah Bailey
This is the third book in the Four Horsemen series.
Francis Beaufort – Famine.
They say you shouldn’t hoard your wealth.
Those people know nothing of the power it brings.
Drake, West, Prescott and I are untouchable.
The men known as the Four Horsemen.
Gods ruling over our kingdom.
There are some secrets in this world greater than others. Our fifth was going to find that out the hard way.
Scarlett thought she knew why she’d come back, but she had no idea what lay in the dark recesses of her memories.
It started when we returned her to our sides. When we let desire fuel our needs. And it will end when the truth comes to light.
I am absolutely loving this series. I love the characters and the storyline is great.
I love Scarlett and it was great to see her get her memories back. I’ve been eager to find out what happened that night, and now we know. I love how she’s dealing with everything and I’m glad that she put the boys in their place.
I love each of the boys and I loved seeing them earn her forgiveness. Prescott and Francis are so sweet, and yet they can become animals in the bedroom. It great that they know exactly what she needs. I love her relationship with West as well. Drake has taken the longest to build a proper relationship with her, but his stone walls were definitely broken in this book. Each of them has a great connection to her as well as with each other. The scenes were all insanely hot as well.
I’m enjoying the storyline and watching them get start to get their revenge and justice for the past ten years. After the ending, I’m intrigued about how the boys are going to handle things.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend it.

Chaos (Four Horsemen Book 2) by Sarah Bailey
This is the second book in the Four Horsemen series.
West Greer – War.
They say violence is never the answer.
I beg to differ. There’s no peace without a little pain.
Drake, Prescott, Francis and I are monsters who live up to their name.
The Four Horsemen.
Gods reincarnated as men.
Scarlett returned to the fold, but not as the girl we once knew. The girl I’d been obsessed with my whole life. The one I’d have given everything for.
It all changed when she walked into Fortuity and gave us a run for our money. Battle lines were drawn. Flags erected. And we were at a stalemate.
If she thought we were backing down, she was in for a wake up call. It was time Scarlett learnt who she really was. And why we would never let her go again.
I really enjoyed the book. The characters are brilliant and the storyline is great.
I love Scarlett. I love watching her grow as a character. She might not remember the men or anything from before the accident, but her memories are slowly creeping in and she just doesn’t realise it. It’s great to see her debating with herself over what Stuart has asked and how she truly feels.
I love her relationship with each of the boys. Francis and Prescott have grown incredibly close to her which I love. Drake is more complicated and it’s frustrating seeing him struggle with his feelings. West really came out and grew closer to her in this one. I loved seeing him with Scarlett.
They are slowly starting to treat her better. They want her to remember and yet there are so many secrets. I hope they clear the air soon
The scenes between them are hot and spicy. Her body knows them and craves them, and she is falling for them and vice versa. I love reading everything grow and develop.
The ending though. Christ, West. He knows how to make a point. Will it work though?
I really want to know what happened with the accident and the events leading up to it. It’s mentioned a lot, but not what actually happened. The suspense is painful.
I would absolutely recommend this series. I love the characters and the storyline, and I can’t wait to read the next book.

Carnage (Four Horsemen Book 1) by Sarah Bailey
This is the first book in the Four Horsemen series.
Prescott Ellis – Pestilence.
They call us The Four Horsemen.
Four friends forged in fire and blood.
No one knows where we came from nor how we got our name.
Drake, Francis, West and I rule the financial industry like kings.
Gods in our own right.
We grew up with a fifth. A girl. Scarlett.
She was one of us until she was ripped away from her life. The only trace of her was dust in the wind.
One day she returned to the city and sought us out. Scarlett couldn’t remember who we’d been to her, but we recalled her all too well.
If she knew what was good for her, she would have never come back. The moment she stepped through the doors of Fortuity, it was the beginning of her end. And the start of our reign over the girl who wanted us dead.
I loved reading this book. The characters are brilliant and the storyline is great.
I love Scarlett and I don’t half feel sorry for her. The four men know her but she can’t remember them. She’s a strong character with some bite, given how they treat her. She’s fighting two battles really. The reason her parents have sent her there, and how she truly feels. The connection she has with the men is strong because they know where and yet she doesn’t know that.
I love the four men. Prescott, Francis, Drake and West are all so different and I like them all. They have their plans with the situation and so despite their feelings, they are treating her a little harshly. I’m looking forward to learning more about each of them and watching their characters develop.
Their plans are only mentioned. We don’t know what happened ten years ago, only that she was taken from them and had an accident. I’m desperate to know what their ultimate plan is and what actually happened. They won’t tell her the truth because they know why she’s been sent there. There’s a lot of secrecy going on.
As much as the vagueness is frustrating, it makes for a great book because I’m desperate to read the next now.
I love the scenes between the men and her. They were pretty hot. She feels she doesn’t have a choice, and really she didn’t, but there’s also a natural spark there. I like the glimpses of emotion from them all until they hide them again.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this book. The storyline is great and the characters are brilliant. I’m looking forward to reading the next book.

Society of Psychos (Dead Men Walking Book 2) by Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti
This is the second and final book in the Dead Men Walking Duet.
I’m the prince of death.
A son of carnage born of wicked deeds and sin-filled nightmares.
Nobody understood me. Until her.
My Spider.
The wild girl I claimed from a sea of violent men. But others want her too…
The enemies who lurk within my walls seek to steal her from my grasp. They’re my captives, but maybe they’re the answer to my greatest fear too. Because the Grim Reaper shadows every move I make, and he’s always watching her.
Perhaps I need a ring of warriors to surround my little psycho and protect her from death’s claws.
Because now she’s stolen my black heart, I can’t fail her like I’ve failed before.
I absolutely loved this book. The storyline was fantastic, the characters are brilliant and the plot developed well.
Brooklyn is the best. I love her breed of crazy and her views on life. She can be a little exhausting to read, but that’s part of the fun of her.
Niall is amazing and I love him. He started to frustrate me at the beginning when he was resisting Brooklyn and pushing her away, but when he eventually gave it, oh it was brilliant. I absolutely love his relationship with her and I love how both of their crazies just work well together. They saved each other. It was fantastic to see him whisk her away to Vegas.
I love Mateo as well. It was good to see him fight his demons in this book and grow his relationship with Brooklyn. I loved his relationship with Niall as well. Their bickering was brilliant and at the end, after everything they had been through, it was good to see them get along for the sake of Brooklyn.
Angry Jack was a good addition in this book. I loved his relationship with Rook and it was interesting to see inside of his head. I liked how to got on with the other two as well.
I enjoyed seeing the harem come together. The three men are so different, and also not in other ways. Their love for Brooklyn brought them together. It was great to see Niall sharing her, and I love his reasoning for it. The scenes between them were all pretty hot.
There was a good plot amongst the crazy. I continued straight on from the last book and I enjoyed reading the different bits of drama and violence. I loved the crossover of characters with the KoQ guys.
The end epilogues were fantastic. It was brilliant to see them all together in the future. The last chapter in particular made me laugh.
Overall, I absolutely loved reading this book. The characters are fantastic and I loved the story. It crazy ride with crazy character, but it will definitely make you laugh. I would definitely recommend this book.

Praise (Salacious Players’ Club) by Sara Cate
This is the first book in the series which can also be read as a standalone.
He calls me perfect.
His flawless pet.
His good girl.
Broken down and wounded by my emotionally neglectful ex, I wanted someone to tell me I was good enough.
Then, I stumbled into a new job with a boss who brings me to my knees—literally. He has me do things a real secretary would never do.
Emerson Grant tells me I’m more than just good enough.
I’m worthy of his praise.
There are a million reasons why I should stay away. The owner of the Salacious Players’ Club is not just my new boss, he’s twice my age.
And my ex-boyfriend’s father.
With him, I am treasured. I am adored. I am his.
I’m a good girl, but I’m falling for the wrong man.
Emerson Grant knows what he wants—
And he wants me.
So how far will I go to hear his approval?
This book was far better than I expected. It was brilliant with fantastic characters and a good storyline.
Emerson Grant. Holy shit, where do I find one? He was a fantastic character. He’s so alpha male and yet incredibly caring. He ticks every box. Charlotte was a great character as well. They meet under unusual circumstances, Emerson mistaking her for someone else. They just click though, the spark there from the beginning. I loved watching her grow and becoming stronger during the book.
The sexual tension was almost painful to read. I understand their reservations because of Beau, but it just kept building and building. It was a relief when they finally gave in. I loved the dynamic between them and how it developed. Emerson became a little frustrating over not telling his son, but you could also understand it a little. Only a little. Honestly, Beau didn’t deserve an explanation. It wasn’t his place after how he treated her. You can’t help who you fall in love with, right?
It’s safe to say that if you didn’t have a praise kink before this book, you probably will after. Good that man, I really don’t blame Charlotte for falling for him.
The plot was good and developed well. The scenes were smoking hot when they eventually gave in to the tension, but there was more on top of the sex. Family was at the core of it with gaining understanding and acceptance from everyone.
Overall, I really enjoyed the book and would definitely recommend it. The characters were brilliant, the scenes were hot and the storyline was good.

Unfortunately, running didn’t save me.
When I was dragged to Ethan Prezello, I didn’t expect to walk away with my life.
In fact, I didn’t get to walk away at all, but I was lucky to still be breathing.

The darkness in him calls to me and I find myself powerless to refuse its call.

Paradise (The Paradise Club Book 1) by JA Low
This is the first book in the Paradise Club series which can also be read as a standalone.
WELCOME TO PARADISE. MY BUSINESS IS YOUR PLEASURE.
My name’s Nate Lewis, owner of The Paradise Club.
I can bring every little dirty fantasy you have ever dreamed of to reality.
My business is your pleasure. I’m good at it.
So good it’s made me a wealthy and powerful man.
I have one rule—never mix business and pleasure, and I’ve lived by it from day one.
Until her.
I enjoyed reading this book. The characters were good and the storyline was great.
Camryn was a good character. She gets seriously hurt at the start by Harris. She is adamant to stay out of a relationship after which you can understand.
Nate is brilliant. Considering that he owned a sex club, he wasn’t that arrogant nor a dick like you’d expect. I loved seeing his romantic side grow.
Cam and Nate have known each other for a little while before they get together. When she finds herself single, he goes for it. I loved watching their relationship grow and develop. I like how it develops slow. It starts casual and grows. It was great to watch them get to know each other properly and see them realise their true feelings towards each other.
Harris was a dick. I’m glad he got what he deserved. The ending took a turn I didn’t see coming, but it ended great in the end after some time.
The scenes were hot, however I was expecting a little more spice. That might just be because of the last books I’ve recently read. Nevertheless, they were good and got between Cam and Nate.
Overall, I enjoyed reading this book and would definitely recommend it.

Six MORE by James Crow
This is the third book in the Six series.
Emma Jane came into my life as a client – client number SIX
I opened her up to a whole new world of kinky pleasure.
She begged me to take it further and became my TOY
And then she became my wife – my insatiable wife.
Now, her birthday is coming up. What would I give my sex-mad wife?
The answer was simple. I’d give her more.
A whole lot MORE
I enjoyed reading this book. It was a hot, fun story covering Emma’s birthday.
Jonathon is the best. I’d say everyone needs a Jonathan, but I’m sure a lot of people couldn’t handle him. He wants to give his wife, Emma, everything, but he gets stuck for a birthday treat. Of course, Fiona saves the day.
Emma had grown massively through the series and it really does show here. She embraces everything Jonathan throws at her for her birthday getaway. She is definitely one lucky girl.
I absolutely love Suki and the relationship they both have with her. Whereas it’s probably unconventional to most people, it works with Emma and Jonathan and they’re lifestyle. I love how she went along with them both on their getaway. She’s a great character.
I love the relationship they both have. Emma embraced the lifestyle that Jonathan offered her, and together they are a strong pair. Their love is clear and stronger than ever.
The scenes were as hot as ever in this book. It was a brilliant read. Overall, this was a fun, hot book which I would definitely recommend.

Six Toy by James Crow
This is the second book in the series.
Emma,
Moving in with Jonathon Gold was a whole new wonderful life. It felt like I’d been plucked from another dimension and dropped into a carnal nirvana, with endless rabbit holes of exploration just waiting for me to tumble down them. And gladly I tumbled – until I wanted more.
I wanted to be Head Girl, to service clients, especially when The Judge made enquiries for a day with a plaything. I thought I was strong enough. I thought I was on top of this newfound promiscuous game, but I was wrong.
Jonathon Gold had demons in his closet. Thing is, Jonathon’s closet turned out to be real, and if I really wanted to nail my man, really wanted to learn the art of the submissive and face The Judge and his perverted kinks, I’d have to live it first, in that sordid little room, and become Jonathon’s toy for a day without a squeak of complaint.
Then I’d face The Judge.
Giving is receiving, so Jonathon tells me.
I’m pretty sure I can do that.
Jonathon,
Emma Jane brings bubbly brightness to my world. She’s sexy, gorgeous, naïve and vulnerable, and her enthusiasm for her new life lifts me, really lifts me. I love her, my dirty girl, and I know in my heart it’s a love that will last forever, but right now she’s a rookie, an over-confident rookie.
The best way for rookies to learn is to be thrown in at the deep end, is it not? And it couldn’t get any deeper than The Judge – a man-mountain of depravity.
The last time he visited, he took charge of the closet for a day of filthy debauchery, but the door to that seedy little hole has been locked for almost two years.
Demons await me in that room, and demons either need to be purged or danced with, don’t they?
If Emma wants more, she has to earn it. And earn it she will when I unlock that door.
~~~
Emma Jane must learn the art of the true submissive before she can become Head Girl, but Jonathon has demons to struggle with as he takes her down the steamy path to subservient bliss.
I loved reading this book. I love the characters and I enjoyed the story. The kink got heavier and filthier and the ending was brilliant.
Holy hell, the kink was on a whole new level in this book. There was kinks I had never even heard of. It was pure filth. It had me squirming in every way at times, both in the good and the bad way. It definitely isn’t for the light hearted, especially when it came to The Closet.
Jonathan is a brilliant character. He loves Emma and he wants to do what’s best for her and help her to grow. Emma is also a brilliant character. She is becoming a whole new person with him, stronger, empowered and happy, until she wants more.
The Closet intrigued me leading up to it, and the preparation Jonathan puts her through only heightens that. We don’t find out much about it until it happens. Even with the duel POV, it keeps you thinking. It was a ride reading the Closet scene, and parts of it surprised me. I felt for Emma at times, and then Jonathan’s thoughts added a new dimension. Emma was incredibly strong but she learnt a lot in her experience.
The duel POV is what makes this book. Seeing his thoughts and scheming and then Emma’s thoughts as she experiences it. It’s brilliant.
Leading up to the Judge, I had mixed feelings. I didn’t want her to go through with it, and then when it came to that time, I was left completely and utterly surprised. I didn’t see that coming.
Jonathan, that man and his secretive planning.
This story was just as much Suki’s story as it was Emma and Jonathan’s. Her past ripped at my heart and then the revelation at the end… It was fantastic.
This entire book was brilliant and the plot developed great. The ending was perfect, if not a little surprising. I absolutely loved reading it and I would definitely recommend it.
My rating: 5/5*
