Catherine was born and brought up in Cardiff and is proud of her Welsh roots. Growing up she loved reading and used her local library constantly.

She studied English Literature at Oxford University and subsequently started her career in industry – at first in HR and then in Leadership Development. She has a Masters’ degree in Organisational Behaviour from London University (Birkbeck) and is a Fellow of the CIPD.

Catherine’s books result from her 30 years’ experience of coaching and training leaders in top multinational companies, including Airbus, Google and Audi.
