Meet Ballet: TranquiliT Spring
TranquiliT is a seasonless fashion line that can be worn year-round in all climates by adding or subtracting layers. It’s great for ballet and yoga, travel, the beach, office, and special events.
I’ve found that dressing in the monochromatic layers of a capsule wardrobe makes my mornings {and travel} simple. All black. Add pops of flair with shoes, coats, and red lips. Voilà, shifting seasons made easy!
Meet TranquiliT’s new color appropriately named ballet. She’ll join the 15 other colors currently available including our peach which just happens to be the Pantone color of the year!
For over 15 years, each spring and fall we release a few new designs and colors. The process from conception to launch takes a few months and begins by reviewing what’s trending that season, what clients are asking for, and what I’m wanting added to my closet.
Next, I work with my local seamstress to create samples based on current patterns and my fabric supplier to a choose new color to complement the current palette.
After a bit of back and forth with my seamstress—”taper this,” “shorten that,” “more flare here”—we’re ready for the photo shoot. Friday is our spring shoot and at 3pm ET we’re hosting a sneak peek of the new designs HERE.
If you’d like to receive 20% off year-round, learn more about joining the TranquiliT Tribe.
Hope to see you on Friday and thanks SO much for your support since we launched with tees in 2002! Bisous. x

Declutter Day at the Pink Palace
I share my tiny 600-square-foot home with four rescue pets and one boy (why are they so messy?!).
Each year I set aside a few days to do an overhaul during the holidays. Since I went home to Oklahoma in December, I didn’t have the usual time and space. So early in the year I designated today as decluttering day at the pink palace.
Tim’s away and won’t be home until midnight, so I can pile everything on my bed without too much disturbance. Take a peek, I documented before videos on Instagram stories and Facebook. Hopefully the after videos will show bags of items ready for a new home and a more organized space.
God bless the Marie Kondo craze and reminder to only hold on to those things that spark joy. Bisous. x

Guest: Christine Mason Miller
Christine Mason Miller is an author and artist who has been guiding others toward a meaningful life for more than twenty years. Her experience with writing, publishing, licensing, and teaching have established her as an experienced, compassionate authority on how to bring dreams to life, particularly those related to writing and publishing a book. Her online course, The Conscious Booksmith, has supported hundreds of aspiring authors on their book creation journey. Christine is the author, artist and illustrator of four books, each one distinctive and unique in its topic, scope, and design. Her latest book, The Meandering River of Unfathomable Joy: Finding God and Gratitude in India, was just released.
A graduate of Virginia Tech and the University of Georgia, Christine’s career began in 1995 with the creation of an independent greeting card line called Swirly. Over the course of a decade, Swirly evolved into an internationally known brand with more than 1200 retailers and clients that included Target, Barnes + Noble, JoAnn Fabrics, and the Girl Scouts of America. Swirly designs were licensed for a wide array of gift, stationery, and home decor items and an illustrated gift book translated into three languages. After shifting her creative efforts to original mixed media artwork, she organized and participated in over a dozen gallery shows and exhibits before launching her second gift and stationery line, The Christine Mason Miller Collection, in 2009.
In addition to The Meandering River of Unfathomable Joy, Christine is the author of Moving Water: A Memoir, Ordinary Sparkling Moments: The Art of Finding Yourself, Desire to Inspire: Using Creative Passion to Transform the World, and Plant Your Dreams and the Miracles will Grow. She has been a regular contributor to numerous print publications such as Bella Grace, Somerset Life, and Somerset Studio, and her essays have been featured in Skirt! magazine, Modern Creative Life, and Dharma Mamas. She has facilitated workshops and retreats at venues across the country, including Esalen Institute in Big Sur, was a speaker at the 2016 and 2018 Brave Girl Symposium, and was one of ten artists featured in Indie Kindred, a documentary film by Jen Lee about artistic collaboration.
Christine lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her husband and their chocolate lab Tilda.
