Day 2,821: Entropy
It’s kind of crazy to thing that time runs on a spectrum of order to chaos.
I watched a documentary on Stephen Hawking where he talked about that; essentially, our definition of the flow of time is that. Order to chaos. We never see the coffee cup fly up from the ground back onto the counter and un-break itself. We don’t see stars un-collapse and reform themselves, or black holes become white hot with all the light they’re spewing out.
Black holes consume light.
Stars collapse.
Coffe...

Day 2,820: Momz
Momz is in town!
She’s on her way out to Vegas to visit a friend. Oh, the retired life! We were talking about when the last time was that she just took a trip to go visit a friend, and couldn’t come up with an answer. How cool is that?! Not that it’s been so long, but that she’s finally doing it.
Mom is great. Showed her some of the project that Liz and I have been working on. She approved. We walked the pups together. Ate some delicious food that LIZ made for us. I was going to make dinne...

Day 2,819: Beck
It’s past bed time. Feeling discombobulated…but, it was a good day today.
Keeping this one quick tonight. More tomorrow, I promise.

Day 2,818: Home Healthy
We’re home.
Coco is healthy. She’s back to normal, now. Her head tilt is gone. Her eyes are steady. Maybe she stumbles here and there ever so slightly, but then again, she always did. She was always a bit clumsy.
It was really, really nice visiting our friends this weekend, spending time with Ashika, and her getting used to the dogs. She was absolutely obsessed with them. Wanted to be with them all the time.
I loved growing up with a dog. Merle was his name. A big, sweet german shepherd...

Day 2,817: Happy Fam
Joe and Madhuri and Ashika are just such a happy family.
We spent all day together today. I was really, really nice. Ashika got to know the dogs, and the dogs got to know her. They were all best friends by the end of the day.
We went on walks together. Went out for dinner. Had margaritas on their backyard patio once the sun was down long enough for it to be cool enough.
It was a perfect day, really.
Exhausted.
Good night!

Day 2,816: Happy House
Visiting our good friends Madhurt, and Joe, and our goddaughter Ashika. They live in Visalia, which is a central valley town about three hours away from LA.
Drive up was easy. Work went great today. I’m exhausted…Coco is acting normal again.
Life is good
Night night
Day 2,815: Le Werk
Long day. Great day. Watched a great movie with Josh. Work was busy af, but I handled my sh*t. It was a good, solid day that felt like normal.
It’s past bed time, so Imma cut this short. Hope you had a good one, too.
Coco still doing better!
Nighty night.

Day 2,814: Fleets
Coco is STILL on the mend. She went on two walks today, and she could actually do it. Thank you baby jesus. She’s still improving. Stumbles. Losing balance. Head tilts. But all of those are steadily going away. I think…I hope…she’s gonna be okay.
I was able to be much more productive today. Much more steady with my day. A few random things that popped up here and there. Nothing too crazy.
I feel very out of it from how crazy things got when Coco got sick. Stress like that is just so disrup...

Day 2,813: Droogz
Coco is on the mend.
Not back to normal. Not back to the way she was, but it’s still early! There are still, like, ten days according to the doctors that it should take for her to recover, so how much better she is already is a huge positive sign.
She still stumbles. She still loses her balance. She still has a head tilt. But, she can pick up speed when she walks, now. She can navigate corners, and she can look at me and keep her eyes still.
Oh…I love her so much. She sleeps next to me ...

Day 2,812: Better!
Coco was better today! She can get up to speed now and trot. Her eyes aren’t flickering back and forth noticeably any more. They probably still are, but subtly enough that I can’t see it. She had a very active, very normal Coco day.
She still can’t walk straight. She still stumbles to the right. Her head still tilts to the right. She’s not recovered. That’s hard to see. BUT…
She is better.
Doc said it would take two weeks. Reading on the internet said there should be pretty dramatic imp...
