Which Concept Would You Like To See In Eternally Yours?

Last night I did a post stating that I would be completely rewriting Eternally Yours moving it away from the concept of a Dragon Shifter into a whole other concept of either Vampire or Ghost.
 
Now I created a poll so that you the reader can vote for what you would like to see in Eternally Yours.  Below is a bit of information of my new idea for Eternally Yours. Read it carefully before voting.  Whichever concept has the most votes, that is the direction I will move in with Eternally Yours.

I decided to take Eternally Yours in either one of these two directions - vampire story or ghost story.

One thing I know for sure about Eternally Yours is that it will be about a young woman who inherit an old family estate that has been in her family for hundreds of years. There is a dark family secret that could very well possibly be a curse as well.  

 
CONCEPT ONE: THE VAMPIRE
That being said, I can take it in either the direction of a vampire who has been asleep in the basement for hundreds of years.  A distant descendant of the young woman and upon renovations of the home she accidentally awakens him.  She helps him get accustom to the new world.  While teaching him the ways of the new world and bringing him up to date on how the world is these days, they form a very close connection that bonds them eternally.  
 
The vampire is in search of a companion who would also be his vampire bride.  He yearns foe love and companionship of a woman. Life as a vampire has not always been so easy for him. His soul is in constant torment as he yearns for a connection to the human world. 
 
Being the only vampire around or that he know of, it is a very lonely isolated life.  So, when he meets a descendant who happens to be female - it is a breath of fresh air for him.  He is filled with hope that maybe she could be the one he is looking for.  
 
Cursed with vampirism by a vengeful witch who he rejected hundreds of years ago, he vows to seek revenge on her and her bloodline for the way she has done him so wrong all those years ago. 


 CONCEPT TWO: THE GHOST
I was also toying with the idea of a ghost that inhabits the old family home as well.  The ghost of an old lover of a descendant of hers who mates with a female from each generation of her family.  Little history to this ghost lover who inhabits the family home. When he was alive, he and the mistress of the house had a forbidden love affair.  An affair that lead to the death of her secret lover.  
 
I was also toying with the idea of having a voodoo priestess cursing him to remain in the family home as a ghost for the rest of eternity for having a forbidden affair with his employer's wife.  Either that or his spirit remained in the place he last remembers. Each generation of his lover's family has a female who inherit the house, who has a striking resemblance to his lover.  Of course he falls for each of the women who remind him so much of his old lover and history repeats itself till one day he meets someone who is not of blood relations to the family who owns the home. The ghost meets her and doesn't recognize her as kin of the family.  
 
This is the start of something new to him, a love affair with a woman who is not of blood relations to his old lover. Yet they form a special connection that leads to something beautiful and intimate. 
 
In whichever direction I go, vampire concept or ghost concept, I can promise one thing...
 
This story will be hot and steamy with lots of interesting twists and turns.

Eternally Yours: A Dragon Shifter Tale Complete Rewrite & Postponement of Spellbound: The Awakening

Due to much editing and revision to be done PLUS I need a book cover as well. So, Spellbound: The Awakening definitely won't be ready for release by July 4th - that being said, I have decided to push the release date from July 4th to July 17th to allow more time to edit and revise PLUS get a book cover designed for it. 
 
I also decided to completely rewrite Eternally Yours. Instead of doing a dragon shifter story I decided to take it in either one of two directions - vampire story or ghost story.

D. Fischer's Review On Nocturnia: Her Dark Angel of the Night

D. Fischer has just recently read and reviewed Nocturnia: Her Dark Angel of the Night. She has written another awesome review for Nocturnia: Her Dark Angel of the Night.

Rate: 4 Stars

For a ninety page book, this is a STEAMY short story. I even think this book would be fabulous if it was extended to 60,000 words. This new idea of vampires was so interesting, I would have loved to read more about it. But! For a short story, it was entertaining…. And most certainly HOT.

Let’s talk about the good…
Pros: This story had excellent detailed intimate scenes. The ‘drama’ between the characters was inserted well, and the story-line was short, but cute. I liked that this story wasn’t all about sex. There was a life beyond the intimacy, and I’m glad the Author inserted that. I’ve read a few erotica books where there was NO story line what-so-ever.
 
Let’s talk about the bad…
Cons: Repetitive words. The female characters and the male characters personalities were often the same.
 
I’m still going to give this book a four, simply because this Author and this book have so much potential. If you can look past the cons, you’ll surely enjoy this story.

Nocturnia: Her Dark Angel of the Night First Official Review

I have just received my very first official honest book review on Nocturnia: Her Dark Angel of the Night from Kathy of Goodreads:

Nocturnia: Her Dark Angel of the Night is the first novella in a new series by Scerina Elizabeth. Erotic paranormal romance is all the rage in this quick story. Lead character Scerina Johnson has been dreaming of a mysterious man for years. One night, her steamy dreams turn real when this mysterious man reveals himself as her Guardian Angel, Cross. Cross has broken all the rules and become deeply enamoured with his mortal ward. Luckily for him, Scerina falls for him too, and they hit it off with steamy speed. However, trouble is on the horizon when Cross' evil twin brother, Kain, decides he wants to win Scerina for himself. Meanwhile, Scerina confides all her dramas with her trusty girl-pals, and tries to get on with her day to day job.

This novella is a fair first effort. The first half is quite heavy on the erotica, but as the plot develops it emerges into quite a fun little read. You can see the dark clouds of drama looming on the horizon, and the ending sets up perfectly to have you eager for the next installment. Scerina Elizabeth has a rich and descriptive writing style, which she uses to great effect. The erotica is strictly straight in orientation, with a few of vampire teeth thrown in the mix, so if you like men who focus on a woman's pleasures and busty, big-breasted babes, you'll probably get some fun from this. The story is written in the first person, with different characters narrating each chapter. This works really well for a novella of this length - it gets you straight into the minds of the characters, fills in a lot of background, and moves the story along nicely.

Overall, this is an good first effort. Will be fun to see where this story goes.
