Net Neutrality: Better to Save it
Hey, everyone. How's everyone doing, today? Did anyone did their Christmas or Hanukkah shopping? I know I did.
I've been tired lately, but, more importantly, trying to be productive. I'm even more productive on Goodreads which is great, because I love having to interact online. ^^
Speaking of online, I'm not always comfortable about talking about politics, but this is serious. Just a week ago or two, I found out that the Chairman of FCC is trying to repeal the Net Neutrality.
If nobody does not know what Net Neutrality is, it means that people can have free access on the internet. You can to any website, whether it is popular or not. But if Congress repeals the act, then you won't be able to access internet. What happens is that you have to pay extra dollar just to access the websites that you want to go to.
This is an issue, because not a lot of people can afford to pay extra dollar just for accessing websites. It can affect not only businesses, but also students in schools/colleges, youtubers, and self-publishers.
So here are my suggestions. Since the voting will begin on Dec. 14th, you need to convince your senators in your sate, convince them why you need Net Neutrality. You can also contact Congress from repealing them. My sister and I have been convincing some senators in our state and they have understood and will be on our side. So you can either contact your senators through phone or letter (preferably phone call).
Another idea you can prevent Net Neutrality from repealing is to sugn petitions. The more you sign, the better that Congress knows that you support it. But most all, you should spread awareness about it, so other people can save Net Neutrality.
I hope this information helps you. I don't want to scare you guys, but it is important to know about it. Please let me know if you have any questions. In the mean time, stay up-to-date and enjoy the rest of the week!

Sneak Peek of Upcoming Novel and More
Hey, everyone. Happy Sunday! I know that Christmas is coming close, or for anyone who celebrates Hanukkah have finally begun. I'm just going to talk briefly in this blog post.
For starters, I want to show you guys a sneak peek of my upcoming novel, I call it The Serpent Girl. So I cannot to see the final product. I'm still trying to finish up writing, as we speak. It might take a while to edit and publish it. Now, this is just a sketch. I'll have an artist to recreate it and feature the drawing in my new book.
I want to bring this attention up, how we are 4 days away from Net Neutrality from repealing it. I want you all to save it! Do protests, petitions, and calls to Congress to prevent. And, for people who live in different countries, you can all sign petitions to save Net Neutrality. Because, if Congress repeals that act, it can effect other countries as well. So don't wait until the last minute. Keep fighting until your voice is heard. I'll provide you guys the links to call and sign petitions.

For more information about Net Neutrality, please check out my previous blog post, which I will also provide the link. https://www.goodreads.com/author_blog...
Anyway, stay blessed and be positive guys. Have a great rest of the week.

Not Over Yet
Hello, everyone. So it seems that everyone has heard the news, how the FCC has officially repealed Net Neutrality. Honestly, I was deeply upset about the news, and it did ache. I have tried so hard to prevent everything-- prevent Net Neutrality from repealing by contacting Congress and spread the word.
But listen, the battle is not over yet. Even if the FCC has won, it does not mean Net Neutrality is officially dead.
So here's what I want all of you to do. Please-- I urge you all-- keep fighting. Keep getting your voice heard by signing petitions, do protests in the streets (peacefully), and calling Congress.
You all have a chance to do it, since I realized that the repealing process needs to go through both Congress and Supreme Court. So please, do not fret. There might a sliver of hope.
I wish you guys to stay strong. We will go through this, together. I promise. For now, keep fighting while trying to relax.

Unsure About Upcoming Days...
Hey everyone! Are you all relaxing and and enjoying your day? Well I have some good news and maybe bad news. I'm going to be brief here.
I'm going to start with the good news. I have finally finished editing my book. So now, I'm waiting to get my book cover soon. However, it might take a week or two, considering that I need to finish my studies. Wish me all luck, because I have a big test coming up!
And now, the bad news. Do you all remember Net Neutrality, how the FCC was trying to repeal during December (or Januaray. I cannot remember). Well, I thought we won the battle, until I realized that we haven't yet. And turns out that Net Neutrality will be repealing THIS MONDAY!!! I may or may not be on, if the bill will be removed. I cannot keep my hopes high. Although, in order to prevent Net Neutrality from repealing, the senate needs to get one more vote. I know that some states have their own Net Neutrality. Others... not fortunate.
So just giving a heads up, I may or may not be on. I'm not sure how will I be able to afford, if I won't be able to promote and write new stories for all of you. But I will hope and pray to be here and inspire everyone as much as I can. I love you all so much. In the meantime, you guys can relax. And if you want, try to talk your representatives to prevent Net Neutrality from repealing. I know that most of the senators are suing the FCC in order to get Net Neutrality back. :) So please DO NOT lose hope! Take care, guys!

Net Neutrality Dead (But We Can Still Fight)
Hey, everyone. How's everyone today? For me, I'm not doing ok. I have to be honest with myself. I have to be honest with all you viewers.
This morning, I was distraught when I found out that Net Neutrality has been repealed. I thought The House was going to vote, but it looks like to was a unanimous vote. I have been reading the articles over and over again, and it looks like they are true...
I, for one, know how all of you feel, considering that not many of you couldn't afford to pay extra dollars just access which website you want to go to (not sure if it's true or not). And plus, it would be bad for small business. Maybe it would be bad for me, since I'm trying to market my books while trying to find a job.
So guys, I'm not sure if you're gong to see me much. I still want to bring my creativity out and share it with the world. I know that this is one obstacle that I'm going to face. However, the changes would take effect immediately. It'll be slow and the changes may not be drastic. But I know may of us are fighting to have free and open internet. I want you guys to still convince Congress to vote for Net Neutrality, whether by call or sending your representatives through message.
All I could say is that don't give up hope. We still need it for resources and building businesses. But you know, take the opportunity to be away from the internet, since I know that spending too much time on your phone and computer would be bad. Maybe go out and spend time with your family and loved ones. Other than that, try not to stop fighting for free internet. Don't give up.
For now, I'll spend time as much as I can until I'm not able to afford. But do feel free to check out my works like The White Sirens and The Serpent Girl. It's only available on Amazon. Take care, guys.
