I believe for the past two days (including today), I've been looking up books to read. Mostly, I read fantasy and young adult books. I should try to take a long break from looking up books of what I want to read. Right now, I'm reading the Mortal instruments series.
Now, I'm not looking for seal of approvals by New York times or look for anything popular. I just want something that can satisfy my mind and my gullet. To be honest, I always look for books that relate to my personal issues. I can tell you about them, but not right now. When the time comes, I can tell you.
But if you really want to know about my personal issues, my latest novel that I wrote has a hint pf personal experiences. I wrote it in my Author's Note section.
Back to finding books to my taste, it's really important to find what you want before reading it. And the best solution is to read the info before buying it. And if you're the type of person who get books at the library, it's the same thing, except for the buying part ('cause it's free)!
At least I can easily browse books on Goodreads like never before. I'm happy to be a part of the Goodreads community. More importantly, I'm happy to be a Goodreads author.

Busy, Busy, Busy!!

Back to me on promoting my books. Like I said before, it gets harder to promote. I know I should join a blog book tour or sign up for promotional deals, but I'm still a young writer who's trying to come up with my own money. I mean I do need money to survive. The thing is, the only thing that matters most is that I share the world my stories. That's much of my goal. I don't care about materialistic stuff. That's not me. I hope to gain a captivating audience and try to share my stories and interact with people. I hope you all can understand that.
If you want me to tell you about my latest book The White Sirens, I can tell you again. :) The book is about a girl name Eliza Thorne who is trying to make a fresh start in her life, after she is released from prison. It had been a rocky start for her when she saved a girl from sexual abuse from her ex boyfriend and care for her neighborhood friend's little girl name Kayla, a five year-old girl who is abandoned by her. And while she takes care of Kayla, Eliza encounters her old friend/crush from high school and is soon working with him, after Eliza stopped a man from getting away with a woman's purse. And the biggest challenge she has to face is solving three cold case and one current one, which Eliza's friend is involved.
There are flashbacks in the novel, but the focus is that Eliza is trying to clear her name, even though tabloids are giving her a bad one. So if you guys are a big fan of mystery, young adult, and suspense, check it out on Amazon. It's only in ebook version only, so far. But soon, I will turn it into a hard copy version if it becomes a success.

Fun Question
You know we have favorite authors, right? It's always feels good to talk and interact with them, unlike celebrities. Well some celebrities can, but others don't because of security reasons. Plus, theu can be busy when it comes to their professional jobs.
Since I'm a writer, I don't think myself as a celebrity. Just a human being like you readers out there. I'm still struggling to make ends meet. Of course, I'm trying to write stories for you guys, but I do it for the fun of it. And whenever I write, I put every emotion and experiences onto that computer screen/idea book. But the overall point is that I'm a human being who is trying to live a decent life.
So time to ask you guys a fun question. If you get a chance to hang out with your favorite author for one day, who would it be and what would do for one day? You don't have to answer the second part of the question, though.
I can tell you my favorite author. Mine is Viola Carr. I would dream of meeting her and explore London. Just because I'm a writer, that doesn't mean I can admire another one.
