As the flowers start to bloom, why not pick a few from your honey.


I personally love wild flowers and enjoy having a few in a glass on my counter.

Remember it is the little things that creates the romantic setting that you and your lover can enjoy.

A sweet floral scent is a nice way to get an evening of fun started.

Wild Animals need lots of room to roam. One of the nice things about the San Diego Animal Park is that they provide a home to a wild variety of animals. Some are endanger, and because of the park's great work, their numbers are growing.

Mourning My Large Yard

Now that we have moved to California, the size of my yard is about a fourth of the size it was at my old house.


Today, I'm looking back at some of the beautiful features I enjoyed the most at my old house and I'm planning the flowers and bushes I want to plant here.


I just loved my blue spruce and tulips in the front yard.







Over the next few weeks, I'll show you some of the plants I've chosen for my new yard.

Important Things to Know about Romance

There are two types of Romance

1 -- the occassions that you have to remember like birthdays, holidays, anniversaries. These need to be celebrated.

But I like to give my readers some of the optional time to enjoy romance like for a weekend get-away, a slow day when you can send a card, times to be creative, or just like surprised to spark up your life.

I also like to give tips that are not gender-specific. Man or woman can take the tips and use them to help create a little more romance in their relationship. It is not the responsibility of one person or the other both need to do what they can to spark the excitement in a relationship. It takes a 100% from both parties to make a relationship work.

And last if you are questioning as to why romance is important?

My answer is what would your life be like without it?

I personal need it like air. It fuels my soul and makes life worth living.

Add a little to your life and see what a difference it can make.
