Things I'm Pinning ... What About You?

 I adore Pinterest! Why?

Source: familylife.com via Tricia on Pinterest

1. I've been pinning old blog posts and bringing new life to old material. Some of my old blog posts are getting 200 hits a week because they keep getting repinned by others.

2. I'm able to target people who are interested in the topics of my books. Right now my Titanic board is the most popular with 3,400+

The Story Behind By The Light of the Silvery Moon

One of my favorite sandwiches is peanut butter and jelly. It's a perfect mix of salty and sweet, and I have to wonder who thought of it first? When did those two tastes collide?

Just like a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich, there are times with two things fit together to create something wonderful. That's what happened with By the Light of the Silvery Moon.

Both things things happened

Titanic Love Stories

Even in horrific events such as the Titanic disaster amazing stories emerge. Stories of heroics, stories of survival, and even stories of love. There were over a dozen newly married couples on board the grand ship, and many more couples who were impacted by the tragedy. Among those are these touching stories of love.

Choosing Hope | Guest Post by Dorothy Love

Growing up in a tiny southern town with few diversions, I fell in love with books. Before I was old enough for school, Daddy took me to town every Saturday to buy Little Golden Books, and later, the Bobbsey Twins books, Treasure Island, Little Women, and the Mother Goose Book of Rhymes. While my brothers played softball, rode bikes, and pretended to be "army men" on secret missions, I curled

How to Write a Gazillion Books and Do a Gazillion Things While Listening to God and Keeping Your Sanity

Busy schedule? I understand.

I have book deadlines April 1 and May 1 (with another project of devotions due April 15). We're moving to a new house on April 1, and I have a 2-day trip this week and a 3-day trip next week. And that's just the beginning of my to-do list! I have a grandma to care for, a wonderful husband, and three kids still at home: one in college, one in his last year of high

Living in Montana for fifteen years I enjoyed being out of the flow of busy life. Montana is a destination. It's not someplace people "drive through" or "stop by." Life has a slower pace, too. Maybe because there is snow on the ground 6 months of the year. Maybe because the views of the meadows, mountains and lakes make you remember what's really important in life--God, family,
