Shallow
Kinetic Bombardment
Speed and power
Power and speed
Tungsten steel
Irreversible
Sat shot
Snapshot
Shooting so surreal
Satellite sent
Sword-like descent
Atmosphere dissent
Piercing through
Skies on relent
Smashing the ground
Earthquakes unbound
This weapon’s sound
Music that drowns
Orbiting around
Tungsten inbound
Flashing in the clouds
Irreversible
Speed and power
Power and speed
Thse are things in

Damage
There was a time when I could strike
My guitar and make it howl with pain
As I intended and allowed it to talk
Only when I had it in my hands
And it growled when I held it
Made a large meaty bark that echoed

Five
In purgatory we
Found an elevator
An unexpected
Victory helping
Our secret rising
Into the pale lift
Beside two strangers
With whom we bluffed
With up to hotel’s
Frayed gold fifth story
Old carpet halls have
No decorations
No windows looking
Outside or clockworks
On the wallpaper
We were there for five
Moments out of place
And off oily streets
In the purgatory
We wandered into
There for five moments
Aware and lost yet
It seemed as if
We were both in there
From sun rise till set

Death6ish
We planned out harvest
In August
And we knew what we
Were doing
Blue skies
Rich soil
Hills like
Gold foil
Yet this doesn’t feel like home
To us
This endless sunshine and white
Clouds in the ocean blue
We work with what we’ve wrought
When the weather rots
And clouds enrage
At the prospect
Of having not rained
These are the seeds we’ve got
Growing relicous vines and fruit
With a taste that makes cheeks hot
Against an autummnal chill
These seeds that grip and root
Entrench and shoot
Through the...
