Donald Trump: The Comic

After three days of insisting that Barack Obama literally founded ISIS and seeing it blow up in his face, Donald Trump decided that it was all a joke.

This is the same corner he’s run to after he’s thrown the squirrel into the woodchipper and seen what happens: Hey, Russia, hack Hillary’s e-mail; Hey, Second Amendment people, shoot Hillary; throw that crying baby out of my rally, anything goes beyond the pale: it’s all a joke, people, don’t you get it?  Where’s your sense of humor?

I have a lot to learn about humour from Donald Trump (hey, how was that for sarcasm).

Weekly Update

I received a few more agent rejections this week. Some baseball enthusiasts have on their bucket list a trip across America to attend games at all 30 ballparks in 30 days. My version is 30 agent rejections in 30 days.

It’s been a busy week preparing for the launch of my first novel, THE ROAD AHEAD. The cover has now been completed and the layout of the content needs to be completed, the digital equivalent of typesetting. I’m putting the finishing touches of a marketing plan – social media, social media, social media. Since the plot has an insurance twist, I think insurers, lawyers and rehabilitation providers will get a laugh out of the book. Thank you to those who have already contacted me about purchasing a copy. It’s coming!

I also am trying to set up a book release party on a limited budget. Hopefully, this will come together in early September. Stay tuned!
