The Continuing Adventures of an Aging Fat Guy Who Used To Be In Shape

First in an occasional series . . . which can be taken as encouragement, for other Used To Be In Shape types. Or as cautionary tales for those Still In Shape types. If you're a Never Was In Shape and Don't Give a Shit type, this stuff will bore the crap out of you, so just skip it.
