Midsummer months bring all the heatwave complaints, so funny really. To spend three-quarters of a year cold, wet and windy moaning,then along comes the Sun. Too hot they say, roasting they say.
Isn't it all just grand. Happy tanning "naturally" for a change. Laugh out loud etc.
The internet never fails to fill up an afternoon with apps and social media. Content, this is something I strive for, to be content. Many appear only to want content for the web. A good ad or some viral content, why not just BE content.

Explain a bit here and there
My book is the promotional material of course.
TWO sons TOO many
I have lost two sons in my little life time and thought lets write it all down. Seems a simple task, well for those that cannot imagine ever losing a child, I will try and explain to tie some things together.
Yes your first reaction is quite correct, devastating !
So time rolls past and dates become the iceberg type bitter/sweet memories of times. A simple memory of the first this or the first that of a child which many may remember but not hold as tightly to or even cherish, no it is not a criticism it is merely normal life.
It takes a little crossing to the side I now live on to perhaps gain a fuller or more in-depth feeling towards those memories, I mean I know exactly how it can be so nobody can be judged for being normal.
I wrote the book to take all my disbelief and doubts or more like demons from inside me and thought it would never be a book, well not one that others might read. In doing so carried the 1% therapy that many might assume it just, well cures one, for example. It helps but not like some may think.
Another unthinkable is that I never thought I would have, even though I lived a life of on the move and causing havoc through the first few years, well, I never thought I would become an expert on burying my children, who does? It happened to me and so I wrote about my life.
I hope that any who may take the read not that you might begin to feel compassion or sympathies but that you may just maybe take a moment to pause and realize what you have in those little muchkins.
Perhaps my path has been so reckless that it is very hard to read and or comprehend what a path it has been.
I am ok with what has happened and feel well that the pain I feel is a marker to how much I really loved my two little boys. Funny thing right there, they were not little, Darra my first an absolute bruiser of a baby and turned out to be an absolute fine young gentleman. Full credit to his mother there, although to see him laying in a dreaded coffin at only fifteen, a complete and utter disaster. A tragedy of devastation degrees really beyond the capabilities of the human mind. Such a stretch on imagination is required, I mean it, like seriously even I find it everyday hard to believe, let alone imagine.
Patrick my second son another beautiful strong as an ox baby, I had the chance to save him, CPR and mouth to mouth and all that however it was not meant to be. Another coffin another graveyard and more misery.
So I wrote the book to help share the path as it has twisted and turned to share with someone out there who may suffer in silence with their own grief or even just lay it out there of how anything can really just happen.
Life has been good in so many ways that they too are included between the covers and for this again sometimes a little beyond the realms of the normal living and as I recalled events and excursions I looked back in as much disbelief.
I have had two wonderful sons and two wonderful women who have had also to share in the loss of their children that it well simply put churns the barrels of any humans emotions to even think of such atrocities. But two beautiful women lost their son too.
Life goes on and life must continue and we must try and live for the now. Live to excel or reach higher than ever before to put meaning to it all. It is like I wish sometimes I could talk everyone I ever meet and play them the clips of video from my mind and see what anyone can take from them. For me it has only slowed me down to bring about an awarenss of how precious it all really is..
The meaning of life, no I do not thinks so nor is it the mastering of the human spirit but it definitely leaves me wishing every other human being on our planet to never have to go through such horrible experiences.
To take life and break it down to a single microsecond and let yourself know you are alive. Take a moment and breath, soak up the lovely life some greater power has given us. Feel the feelings at any given moment and cherish them.
Spirituality maybe, becoming mindful perhaps but for sure just not letting the petty issues get in the way anymore.
Maybe you are there already and it has not taken such loses for you to make it to a place that only my love for babies has brought me to. Who knows?
I hope you can enjoy the reading and I would take great pleasure in discussing any aspect of my Life journeys with any who may find the questions just won't leave their minds.

Bye Bye May
Another month passes us by like we do not even exist or perhaps even that the calendar simply holds no value over our lives.
We focus hard on tasks ahead, appointments, schedules. Our calendar year just whizzes past like a date in our year has no bearing at all.
Birthdays and anniversaries dots on our year, a spec or smudge on the diary page. We do however focus and prepare for each and every special time in our year.
June has arrived which of course rolls us ever closer to children off of school and summer adventures, for some it marks hardship and worries. It is easy to see life rolling by and having the laugh, I like to give a moment to all who hold special this month.

Summer is here. I LIKE & keep SIMPLE !!!
Doesn't it always seem at new years that the year ahead seems massive, a long road ahead. Then here we are at May, the sumner is here officially, like it does not matter and the year means nothing and we almost expect it to never end.
So why think anything would be different in Jan or May, no idea people just seem to lose their ninds for summer.... funny really.
I think we should add words and remove words from ourselves in order to enjoy the great summer season ahead.
Sound easy but when I think about it there are definitely some simple tips I like to think of. The word "complicated" now who needs that in their life? Seriously I personally hate anything on any given day anything complicated. So my perspective is to remove that word from my vocabulary and then nothing ever can be complicated ever again.. problem solved.
Even above I said I hate that word and I do not like anything to be complicated, why not remove that word too. Nothing deserves to be hated and nobody so two words gone for this summer.
Well if I am removing two words this summer I should add a couple of new ones, well not really new but I suppose I am agreeing to myself I am gonna start to use them more. "Simple" there is a beautiful word, it just jumps out and tells me easy going, not stressful, now that is what summer should be. Big Easy Summer.
Like, I like LIKE. Now not in the context of spreading them nasty rumours. "I was like and he was like and she was like" nah more of the . Oh yes I would like that. I believe I like that or to simpy reply to anyone or even ask and offer a friend. Would you like if I can do something for you.
So yes Summer a season to LIKE and be SIMPLE now that is how my life can be all summer long.

April a time for SPRING & PAUSE
With Easter holidays behind us now, we motor on towards the summer months full of all the joys and hopes of simple relaxation. Why spring provides us the intro, the preview of the summer ahead.
Being Irish of course we are accustomed to the 4 seasons of every year and quite often winter into spring can allow us four seasons in even one day.
St. PATRICKS DAY a distant memory now as many still belly ache from easter egg over load. What lies ahead now? It is always good to look forward to something no matter how small or big and summer can be the perfect time for all kinds of lounging around in the sun or seaside trips or even a festival or two.
Our past rolls away from us faster than we even realize, pause a moment and think, how you know you have thought about it. What did I do for March ? March madness perhaps can raise a memory or for all of us Irish well many would even forget our national holiday of St. Patricks day. So what lies ahead ?
Holidays for the kids from school, festival events, a new book now there is a thought.
Seriously though, even though the lawn is growing faster now and requires that little extra attention isn't it fun to be outdoors smelling the spring, feeling nature sprout and breathing life? Magically to say the least.
Should you be planning the vacation for the summer months then I of course wish that you are sure to include the reading event of your copy of TWO sons TOO many. I may find an event or two around some feativals to visit and say hi to like minded folks. Remembering and reliving the years gone by while stepping always forward to venture above and beyond the limits of the past. So yes it is bye bye to winter and bring on the summer months.
That is as far as we can extend ourselves if we wish to savour the now. The SPRING, life is breathing all around us, under our very noses and all we need do is some simple pauses here and there. Take 5 minutes from your busy life and just pause. Hard to do in thought better to just take action.
PAUSE. Enjoy the very moment in the middle of your day, breath in the spring energy and pause to the very second. We worry about the future and dwell in the past but we do not PAUSE for the now.
Try it once or twice and enjoy the SPRING in every time you can PAUSE.

February already & many just cannot keep the pace. The holiday season vanished and Christmas memories as distant as the moon.
Presidential nonsense coupled with global alarm bells, where? How ? When?
It is passing by alright. What will you do to slow down your year. Slow it down to the second the milisecond of the right now. Take those deep breaths and enjoy the magnificent world you live in and savour the people around you. Taking a moment to enjoy to the fullest your family, your friends and the exact point of existence.

Christmas, New Years & Holiday Season
Of course firstly, wishing everyone a happy and very safe holiday season.
It comes and it goes so fast like a F1 pitstop. But hey it is a time of year of over indulgence, family get togethers and rows. Nothing wrong with that. Exchanging gifts and sharing big dinners with the festive joys. Or even seeing distant relatives over the once a year visits. Its all good and jolly ho-ho-ho.
I believe well really understand first hand, Christmas can be a hard time of year for many. When in suffering of emotional pains, Christmas can indeed be a tough tough time. Such pains of missing loved ones or even feeling alone, these are feelings people find hard to share over the holiday period and can cause that even deeper pain to wrap you right up for a miserable holiday season. Loneliness can be a tough one for all but the holidays and all the cheerfulness make it that little bit harder for the suffering to find solitude.
I think at these times of year a simple gesture might make all the difference to that special person who may have the inner despair of lonliness tearing them apart. Here is the catch 22, those suffering may find it hard to share and so who really knows who is lonely and suffering over the holidays. Now the great piece, be nice to everyone and then no need to pry into anothers feelings. We do not know who is suffering and who is truly happy. Can we know a fake smile from a real one or a real heartfelt thank you from a fake one? So be nice, be kind, and spread Christmas cheer to all in a genuine meaningful way as much as possible. Believe it or believe it not, you may just make a massive difference to someone who you didnt even know needed it but rest assured, they will never forget your moment of genuine festive kindness.

Here we go Christmas is coming and everybody is getting fat... what is it with promo of a book that seems like the audience must be captured and every social media advertising outfit wants to tweet your books to millions of people, when really the people that count are those who love to read a great story and take a chance that their life might be similar or absolutely nothing like the authors.
