Back-To-School Blog Tour - Day 4

Today is the scary part of the Blog Tour, the day that I get interviewed over on Tiffany Turner's blog. This is my very first interview and it is more than a little scary! I think I'll go hide under the bed while you read that.
Or perhaps I can distract you from reading by showing you the (very preliminary) first-draft versions of the covers for book 2 and 3 of the Artworld series? Yes? Well, here they are:
Book 2 will definitely be called Konrad and the Christmas Painting and it takes place a...

The last days of summer

After a colder than normal August, September has come with lots of sun and warm weather. The forecast is for all week to be like this, so I'd better remember to stock up on ice cream! Next weekend, we're having a birthday party for ca 25 kids and I wouldn't mind some nice outdoor weather. Fingers crossed that this lasts until then!

I'm still working on the Swedish edition of Konrad and the Birthday Painting, which will be called Konrad och födelsedagstavlan. I've sorted out the cover and...

Promo time!

Ok, this is it, the weekend we've all been waiting for! Patty Jansen is running one of her massive promos and this time little Konrad gets to play! He looks a little bit lost amongst the vampires and cyber warriors, but I think he will be fine. Their tasers are only set to tickle!
So if you are the least bit interested in books with some out-of-this-world components, I think you should head on over to the promo site. The promo doesn't officially start until tomorrow, but I've had a look around...

I'm going to save you, Konrad!

So ... I haven't spent any time marketing the first book in the Artworld series, and the results of that are clearly displayed in the image above, Konrad is on his way head-first over the Amazon cliff, out into obscurity. It just seemed better to put that time and effort into writing book 2 and 3 of the series, as fast as humanly possible in the few moments when I'm not working or spending time with the old family. (I.e, not very fast at all.) But of course, I do feel terrible now when I real...

Let's pretend last week never happened

Yes, I know, last week did happen and I'm pretty sure there even was a Tuesday included in last week's line-up, but I didn't manage to find time to blog that day and what's the point of a Tuesday if I don't blog?
I mean, if all I do is work and maybe do a load of laundry, there's not much to blog about, but still. That is kind of the point of compulsory weekly blogging. That I must (MUST!) do something, big or small, every week that has to do with each of my two authorships. And the only way I...

Time to start setting the alarm again!

Ok, the sun is over the yardarm, wherever that is, time waits for no man and a rolling stone gathers no moss. No, I don't know what I mean, either, but the message I'm trying to get across is that the vacation is over. This week I'm back at my desk, swamped with work, trying to remember how it is one actually does things. How quickly one forgets! (One=me).
My 90 days of Amazon exclusivity is over and I've begun the process of putting up Konrad and the Birthday Painting for sale at some more re...
