State of the Writing: February 2016
So here we are in mid-February, and lots is happening across the writing board. Let’s dive in:
Edge of Oblivion has an official release date: April 15, 2016. I’m currently going over the “galley” of the book, which is a preview of what the book will look like when it is in print. I have one last chance to catch errors as well as make sure everything is typeset correctly when it goes to print. I expect to have information on preorders in early March. The Domes of Aeroel Is Now Available
Some time ago, I got the inkling to do a spinoff story set in the same general universe as my forthcoming book trilogy, The Chronicles of Sarco. Writing Progress Report: January 2016
Let’s get down to business:

Best of all, it will be free, and it will go out sometime in the first part of February. The only thingyou’ll have to do to get it is to be on my mailing list. (Think of being on the mailing list as the equivalent of preordering, minus having to pay money.)I expect to haveit ava...January 4, 2016
Why I Gave The Force Awakens an Incomplete Grade
FAIR WARNING: Spoilers abound regarding Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens in thespace below.
Unlike most of my friends — many of whom were in theaters the second Disney released the movie access codes on opening night — I waitedeleven days after the movie’s launch togo see it. The reason: I’d promised my sci-fi loving mother-in-law I’d take her when my wife and I traveled that way over the holidays. True to my word, I waited patiently so she and I (and my grade school-aged daughter)...

With just a few months left until the launch of Book 1, A lot of things are coming together.
Edge of Oblivion is done. Done. Cover, dedication, book, acknowledgements, back cover, everything. Done. It’s currently in the hands of the publisher, who is formatting it for print publication.
