What is your favorite aspect of nature (trees, mountains, fresh air, ocean, etc???)

I love them all. But I am especially fond of mountains.

Would you ever go vegan? I am because of my love for animals and the environment

I have actually have thought about this several times. Years ago, I watched the documentaries “Forks Over Knives” and “Food INC” and they both drastically changed how I viewed food and the food industry. I do think a plant based diet is the healthiest for your body and the best for the environment, and I think it’s sad how much the American culture teaches us to eat meat with every meal. You can find the protein your body needs in many other plant based sources, and it surprises me that most people I talk to about this have no idea. They only think they can get protein in meat, so they eat a lot of meat. I am not a huge meat eater, but I love yogurt and cheese, so those two things have been difficult for me to cut out.

Over the years, I have found that my body does best with a little bit of meat, like fish or poultry and occasionally bison. I always buy meat and eggs that have been raised free range and humanely, because that is so important to me.

But yes, I have thought about going vegan and still think about it from time to time.
