Currently reading. I love these Cambridge Companions. They comprise of long essays by various scholars about the book’s subject matter. They’re expensive though – about $20 to $30 bucks each. But… I really like them, and these writers probably make most of their money teaching, and these aren’t bestsellers, so I feel it’s worth it to contribute to these studies.

Rachel Cusk is known as one of the most prominent voices in “autofiction” – literature so inspired by reality it’s barely fiction. This is the first book in her “Outline” trilogy.
